Holidays

I know he hates the family get togethers, not that I can really blame him. His family is uptight and difficult, and mine is absolutely insane. He avoids any reason to visit the temple. When we do go it usually ends in a fight, and he doesn't talk to his father for 6 months. On occasion he will go with me to visit my family without too much begging. I think he's just amused at the insanity that ensues in the Shindou household - it's unlike anything he's ever experienced... well, before living with me anyway.

We've been together for years, but that doesn't stop both my mother and sister from fawning all over him. Maybe that's why he goes - a little ego boost and a little pampering. I think he genuinely likes my father's company, the guy's quiet and patient and generally agreeable - the exact opposite of his father. They sit and talk about whatever comes to mind, and Yuki usually appears content. Maybe for him it's like taking part in weird sitcom that is the farthest from his personal experience. I mean, the man came from money, lived abroad, and managed to be successful without really even trying. My family is working class, and well, just plain crazy.

We're sitting in the living room while my mother is cooking, just watching the television and talking. My father is going on about the price of oil, and my sister is staring at Yuki with that creepy, dreamy expression on her face. I'm not embarrassed by my family, not in the least, but it must be a surreal experience for him to be sitting in my parent's house wearing a suit that cost more than my dad's entire wardrobe, with my sister undressing him with her eyes.

My mother comes in and picks my sweatshirt up off the floor. "Shuichi. Please tell me you've learned to pick up after yourself since you've been living on your own." She turns to Yuki with a sympathetic expression. "I'm sorry if my sorry excuse for a son can't manage to pick up his dirty underwear!"

I can tell it's taking all Yuki's resolve to keep from laughing; instead he nods seriously, "He's my burden to bear."

"Tell me about it!" My mother says over her shoulder as she heads back into the kitchen to finish the meal.

I shoot him a look and can't help but grin - the fun is already starting. We sit down to eat and my sister starts babbling about college and the ignorance of her professors, my mother's yelling at me to get my elbows off the table and my father's looking at his watch because the game's going to start. Yuki's sitting across from me and after catching my eye, raises his eyebrow. Seconds later I feel his toes sliding up my pant leg. I can feel myself blush and shake my head at him.

He only smirks.

"Shuichi, are you feeling okay? You look flushed - do you have a fever?"

"No mom, I'm fine." I continue eating; trying to ignore the wiggling toes getting close to my crotch.

Yuki maintains polite conversation with my family as he presses his foot against my growing erection. I can see the smug look in his eyes as he compliments my mother on the meal.

I choke my food down, trying desperately to control my breathing and make my voice sound steady as I answer the never-ending stream of questions my mother throws my way. I can't wait to get Yuki alone so I can smack him for doing this to me.

I glare in his direction when no one is looking, and he looks at me innocently. Evil!

Somehow we make it through the meal and my dad heads into the living room to turn on the game while my mother enlists my sister in clean up duty. In front of my mother Yuki baits me, playing the ally against the misfit son who can't take care of himself. Why am I not surprised?

"Isn't there something you wanted to show me in your old room?" His voice is smooth and it makes me want to throttle him.

"I don't think so." I answer, trying to slide my chair away from the table but failing because he's locked his foot around the leg.

"I'm sure there was something."

"Yes Shuichi," my mother butts in, "can you please finish going through the rest of your junk, I really want to use that room for a sewing room and your stuff is in the way. I'm sure Eiri wouldn't mind helping you."

I open my mouth to argue but Yuki beats me to it. "I would love to help Shuichi get rid of his junk. I can't believe you still had to put up with his mess after he's been gone all this time."

I shoot daggers at him, forcibly push my chair away and stand up. Luckily my shirt's untucked to hide the bulge in my pants and I head upstairs without a word. I can hear Yuki apologizing to my mother for my rudeness - I'm tempted to lock the door when I get there.

Yuki's the one who locks the door, slipping in a few minutes after me. He leans against it, still looking smug, and crosses his arms. "Tsk, tsk," he admonishes, "I can't believe you give your mother so much trouble."

"You really are evil, you know that?" I can't help but grin as I walk towards him, my softening erections springing back to life.

"You're lucky we didn't go to my family's, then you'd know how evil I can be."

He pulls me close and kisses me, his hand already teasing me through my pants. "I came up here to help you, I never said with what."

In seconds we're on the hard floor, frantically tearing off each other's clothes while trying to be as quiet as possible. Pinning me to the floor he hovers over me, grinning. "I wasn't lying when I said you had something you wanted to show me."

His sadistic side is out of control as he teases me, knowing I can't make a noise. I'm biting my hand so hard I'm leaving teeth marks. He's inside of me, and I'm close - biting his shoulder and whimpering low in my throat when my mother knocks on the door.

"Eiri, don't let that lazy son of mine get you to do all the work!"

I don't know how he can sound normal when he answers, never breaking stride as he pounds me into the floor. "Don't worry, he's behaving."

He grins down at me when we hear her walk away. "I have him right where I want him."

We manage to get ourselves presentable and actually carry boxes downstairs with us to put in the car. After coffee we head out, ready for the long drive home. We're silent in the car, but it's comfortable - our hands are linked and the radio is playing softly.

"Thanks for doing this for me. My mother really does like to see us."

He only nods and smiles softly. My family is crazy, but he fits right in.
