Something interesting happens when Hayley goes to Gerard's house before band practice...

Sorry it's been a little while but I have been studying and off school for holidays, which means parties and stuff so yeah I'll try and update regularly but my exams are in 2 weeks so I have a shitload of studying and stuff so I'll update whenever I can.

So school was going slow and I really wanted to go to lunch. I was bored and wanted to try and talk to Gerard. I dunno why, but for some reason I felt suddenly close to him, like I needed to be near him a lot. A little strange I guess.
I ran to the lunch hall as quickly as I could. When I found the usual spot Mikey and Frank were sitting, Mikey had his back to me so this was a good opportunity for my to scare him. I walked slowly and Frank saw me coming, I signaled to him not to give me away and he just smiled. I made my way close and got to Mikey, put my hands over his eyes and shouted boo! Frank had obviously joined in with the scaring Mikey because he must have asked to see his glasses. I smiled because I was happy to be joined in with this kind of friendship. It was nice
"Ahh, who's this, um Gerard did you come back early?" Mikey hissed.
"No Dummy it's your best friend" I hugged him lightly,
"Oh Hayley, I didn't even think of you" He said snatching his glasses of Frank, "I guess you were in on this, with the look on your face" Frank just laughed.
"So where's your brother, Ray and Bob?" I asked looking away.
"Um, MacDonalds, they go most lunches because they can leave the grounds, and they sometimes bring us back milkshakes, I could call them and ask them to bring you one back. If you want?" Mikey smiled.
"Aww, you don't need to do that, how long will they be?" I asked avoiding their looks again.
"About ten minutes, are you sure you don't want me to phone them?" He asked giving me a strange look.
"No Mikey, honestly it's cool, you don't need to do that" I smiled.
Ten minutes later I was surprised to see that Gerard, Ray and Bob still hadn't arrived yet.
"Hayley, do you know wanna come tonight?" Mikey asked me with wide eyes.
"Ugh, sorry what, I was in my own little world?" I asked confused to his question
"We are having our band practice tonight, Franks party has been moved to tomorrow night, his mom and dad are going away tomorrow night instead of tonight" Mikey said looking over to Frank
"Oh sure then, yeahp, i'll come tonight" I smiled.
"Well, be at Ray's for half 6" Frank chimmed in.
I just smiled.
"Hey, hey, hey, how are you guys doing, i know you missed me but I am here now, do you guys want a milkshake, we got you all one, even you Hayley, we even thought to buy you one. We should of asked if you wanted to come" Ray said very fast, they popped out of nowhere which scared me a little but I was happy they were here now.
"Hey, Gerard, Hayley's coming to watch us practice tonight, she can tell us whats good and what's not" Mikey laughed.
"Awesome, I'm guessing you wanna come round for a lift as you haven't got a clue how to get to Ray's?" Gerard asked me.
"Yeah, please, I don't remember very well, thank you" I smiled, he didn't smile back... "Hey, I am gonna go to the bathroom" I said while getting up and grabbing my bag and milkshake "Thanks for the milkshake" I smiled and walked away.
I was halfway down the hallway when I heard my name being said.
"Hayley, wait up" The voice was oh so familure.
I turned around quickly and he nearly ran into me. "Yeah, did I forget something?" I asked looking at the ground.
"No I was just confused, you left so quickly as if something had upset you, are you alright?" He asked with concern in this voice.
"I'm alright, I just needed to get out of there, it was too warm" I lied.
"Yeah, fuckin' boiling in there" He smirked.
"You don't need to mock me" I laughed.
"Well don't lie to me" he stated
"I didn't.." He gave me a look that was like 'shut up I know you were lying' before I could finish lying again.
"Come to my house at half 4 okay, we can talk, I think we need it" He smiled before leaving.
He's such a strange boy...
I went home and got changed quickly, it was surprisingly warm for October. I shoved on some shorts and a tank top, and done my hair and fixed my make up, I grabbed my Biffy Clyro hoody and made my way over to Gerard's house.
I knocked on the door and waited for an answer, a few seconds later the door opened.
"Come on in, Mikey went to Ray's straight after school and the rents are out" He said as I walked through the door.
"Awesome, so what was it you wanted to talk about?" I asked him.
"um, come to my room, we can talk there" He smiled
We walked down to the basement, aka Gerard's room. I smiled because a basement for a room was pretty cool. He opened his room door and it was pretty awesome inside. He had drawings and paintings all over the wall. He was an amazing drawer. wow!.
"Sit" He said, standing over me, I felt a little uneasy. Okay this isn't going to end well. "Hayley, can I ask a question?" He said looking me in the eye.
"Sure" I smiled.
"Well, I was wondering if you liked Frankie or Mikey? Just because you flirt with them a lot, I just wanted to know. Don't think I'm being strange or anything I was just wondering" He smiled.
I stood up and moved closer to him, "No, I do not have feelings for Frankie or Mikey or any of the rest of the guys in the group" I said getting a bit frustrated saying to myself in my head 'You, I like you!'
"Good, then I can do this" He said moving closer. That's when I started to get nervous, oh no this wasn't going to end good. When his lips touched mine, I had 2 options, run away like a big baby, or kiss him back. I went for option 2...
It was nice, but I was so confused. I didn't know what to do. When we stopped kissing, we just put our foreheads together, I wasn't sure what to do, so I laughed. He gave me a funny look and i apologized.
"Sorry, I'm just very confused" I said.
"Well lets go out to the back garden, we can talk about stuff there" He said grabbing my hand.
