  Ooo! I have another idea! Get him to become suicidal again by having him drink or take drugs or something and then make it so there is no possible way for him to commit suicide. One of the worst tortures when ur suicidal is having something restraining you from commiting suicide.... sorry my ideas suck lol

  Well you could leave him hanging upside down for ages so it feels like his eyes are gonna pop out or something. I'm guessing he can't really walk now so you could taunt him by leaving the door open but he can't get to it. Make him eat shit? (ew). If you want to be really cruel you could cut out his tounge so he can't sing anymore (that would be realllyy sad though). You could blind him? Also I read a book where a serial killer glued his victims eyes and mouths shut, you could just do that do if/when he's found he would be able to talk and see again whereas cutting out his tounge would bd forever. And making a tumblr for this is actually quite a good idea cause there might be some people reading this who don't have accounts and they want to make suggestions but they can't comment. I'm also curious as to what number 24 was going to be, what could possibly be so bad that you won't do after everything you've done already?? I have no idea lol. Anyway I hope you do some of my suggestions, keep writing you're one of my favourite authors on here. :)

  I have a suggestion :)
  
  Well, you know how he's got all those cuts from the spikes? They would get infected and scabbed over and nastiness, and hitting them would be pretty painful!
  Over and over all on his body, he'd be a wreck (again) by the end of it ;)

  well. ino thats this is like really late but i have an idea
  
  in history well learned that indian boys in america, when they became a certain age, they would get there nipples periced and hung by then for 12 hours. even though it hirt they were never allowed to scream, whimper or move becaue anything like that would result in longer torchuer. and they had to contilually smike throughout the process

  Hey! I heard of this torture method they used back in WW2 where they bend your arms behind you then hang you against a wall like that. It sounds similar to the hanging by the thumbs though, so IDk if you'll use it.
  
  You could also do kneeling on dry rice grains, or the pear of anguish (A pear-shaped instrument thing was inserted into the anus/vagina and slowly expanded by the torturer by turning the screw at the other end.)
  
  OUH what about pieces of bamboo stuck under his fingernails/toe nails? Or impail his fingers with bamboo...

  okay, i have more and i hate to admit that these are some forms of torture from an actual case similar to Gerard's. I may be repeating some suggested ideas but here you go:
  
  -Forced to masturbate
  
  -Face held against concrete ground and jumped on
  
  -Hands tied to ceiling and body used as a punching bag
  
  -Nose filled with so much blood that he can only breath through his mouth
  
  -Dumbbells dropped onto his stomach
  
  -Flammable liquid poured on his feet and legs, then lit on fire
  
  -Eating human flesh (they could tell him it was his daughter)
  
  -Force heroin or coke into his blood system (so much that in the space of a short time he's dependent on it and when they suddenly take it away he has to go through a horrible detox)
  
  i'm a horrible person but at least i'm helpful :D

  I'm a little late but I might as well suggest something since I love this story some much :3
  
  Personally these would be the worst totures for me, so I thought they might be good for the story
  
  - Teeth extraction or breaking, cracking or splitting
  
  - Let outside, then have dogs set loose on him- adding a drug to this might be interesting x3 Like a crazy outer-worldly experience snickersnicker
  
  - Body piercings without anesthetic
  
  - Instead of castrating him, you could do circumcision instead?
  
  - Removal of useless organs, like appendix or tonsils
  
  - Maybe having him call his family members and having to tell them all the horrible things they are doing to him, and how he wants to die and yada yada yada. That is probably more torture for the family but oh well
  
  - Being shot through hands, feet or other non-life threatening places.
