It was 8:00 a.m and Neville was again late for breakfast he remembered correctly telling Dean to wake him up at 6:00 so he could wash up. But lets face it none of his roomates were really reliable all except for Harry who of course had vanished. Who would protect Neville from MAlfoys rath now. No one thats who. But Neville wasnt going to be pushed around just because Harry Potter wasnt there to protect him. He was a griffindore after all and griffindores were suposed to be brave and courageous. Of course he was none of those things he hardly had friends always keeping to himself because of his shyness and awkwardness. So there he was preparing for another day of hogwarts. He put on his robes and grabbed his wand. Trevor croked him good day. "Yeah good day to you to Trevor." Neville said coming out the door. Walking in the great hall always filled NEville with a slite bit of nostalgia was it for its floating candles over the long tables. Or the constant regenartion of food provdied by the house elves. MAybe it was just the site of Hermonie Granger.
"Good morning Neville,"Hermonie said casually. Neville could fill his cheeks grow red and flusterd."G-Good morning Miss Granger I mean Hermonie." Ron looked up from his poridge and talked through the hot bits of beef."Head up high Neville." He managed to see. "Ugh," Hermonie spat out." Do you eva stop eating?" Neville chuckled as Ron gave her a confused face."What?" He said spitting out some of his poridge.
As Neville strode through charms, defense against dark arts, and lunch the sinking feeling of hell sucked in. That hell was potions class with Severus Snape and the slytherins. Neville sat next to Ron in potions since Ron said he "had his back" but that didnt stop Malfoy from making pig headed comments at Neville. Finally Ron grew red and told Malfoy a few disdainful words that ended with him doing something to his mother. "Ten points from griffindore," Snape corsed as Malfoy did his usual snitch routine. "Yeah whatever' Ron mumbled under his breath. " Snape leaned onto Rons desk."Mr.Weasley do i need to make that twenty or is that all your family can aford?" The class burst into violent laughter well the slytherins anyway. Ron turned evern redder when Neville suprised the magical world itself."Why dont you just leave hime alone sir!"Neville yelled his mouth fell wide open. ALmost as wide as the slytherins, griffindores, and worst of all professor Snape. Snape stratened up and closed his mouth."Mr.Longbottom stay after class will you please." Neville gulped and that was how Nevilles adventure began.
