So death eaters enforcing Voldemort's will are bad and should be captured or killed… but the Aurors enforcing Voldemort's will are cool? why would they not at least capture them? they are currently serving the enemy. if they know they are going out to investigate the disappearance of snatch squads they are collaborators at best.
So Harry was a 27 when he went to America and was lucky but his rating was never said.Author's response
The aurors/enforcers captured before May 1 would have been executed in Justice. Everyone captured May 1 with a Dark Mark was executed on the spot, everyone else was questioned and either 1) executed that afternoon; 2) held to be later turned over to Shacklebolt later to be tried; 3) released (like Percy). It was only those people.ministry workers press ganged by the Death Eaters (again like Percy) who were let goEscape and Return!

I still think the fate if Draco Malfoy is one of the most chilling parts of your fic.
However, on the other hand, I have often wondered why we didn't harvest the organs and other useful parts of condemned prisoners, especially multiple murderers. Thus, allowing the murderer to atone for the lives he has taken by saving others.
