Finally... I sighed as the bell rang; free from Misa. It was a weekend too so I could have two whole days away from the bitch and I would be able to be alone.
I gathered up my stuff and headed for the door, I glanced down the halls and ran to the door. When I got outside I started walking home...
Who was watching me this morning? Did they see the Note? If so...No. No, I'm over reacting; It was probably just some neighbor's kid looking into the open windows. Yeah, that's all it was. I was so lost in thought that I didn't realize I had run right smack into someone, I looked up at the man; he had shaggy black to blue hair that stuck up in most directions and covered a bit of his face, his owl-like dark eyes had deep black circles under them and he wore a white crinkled shirt and blue washed jeans, he was't even wearing shoes, or socks, for that matter. The mans posture was the oddest; he was bent over, reminding me slightly of a bird, "I'm sorry sir..." the man just nodded and walked away,
"...he seemed normal." Ryuk noted,
"Eh," he seemed suspicious. Hmm, I wonder...
I reached into my bag and pulled out an apple; throwing it at him, he, as per typical, caught it in his mouth and devoured the thing whole,
"For gods sake, you could eat a little slower..." he looked at me for a minute before answering, "Nope." I sighed and looked out in front of me, I could see my house clearly now as I strode along the sidewalk, I walked up the front door to unlock it finding it was already open.
"Weird." As I stepped inside I was greeted my my mother and sister,
"I had to get Sayu from school early; she got sick..." Sayu coughed and looked at me, I could tell by her cough she was sick,
"I have to go do homework..." I walked up to my room and took the note out, writing names. I can't do this much longer. They'll find me out. I need to confess.
I heard a knock from my door and let Misa in, "HI RAITO-KUN!" she screamed as she strangled me, er, hugged me.

My dad got home and told me the news; I was going to have to come and help with the Kira case because L thought of me as a suspect. Shit.
