“You’re lucky to have friends like me and Martha. I mean, I’m with Ashley, Martha is with Dru, which makes you and Stef the only single ones left. Chin up, Emily, it’s bound to happen someday!” Katie told Emily one afternoon on the way home from school. “Yeah, you’re right. You going to the fair this weekend?”
“Might do… Depends if Ash comes,” They had reached Emily’s house.
“See you tomorrow!” Emily shouted after Katie.

Emily got to her room, and threw her bag onto her bed. She looked over at the group photo of her, Martha, Katie, Dru, Ash and Stef on her bedside table. Everyone told her that she and Stef looked like a couple in that photo, even her mum had asked her about it. She grinned and opened her laptop. Twitter, YouTube, FaceBook, and Tumblr. She looked at her “Online Friends” on FaceBook. Stef was online. She opened his Chatbox, and started to type.
“Hey Stef ”
“Hiya. You at the fair tomorrow? I’ll go if you do.”
“Yeah, I think we’re all going. I’ll text Martha and Katie.”
“I’ll text Dru and Ash.”
Emily picked up her mobile, and sent a text to Martha and Katie. They both replied almost instantly, saying that they would go.
“They both will come, what about Dru and Ash?”
“Yeah they want to come, see you there, I have to go and get my dinner.”
“Bye ”
She closed her laptop, and looked back to the photo. ‘We do look kind of cute together…’ She thought to herself.
