  Far fetched? Not at all. Your points are valid, and considering the average stupidity of the average ministry worker, it's all good. Hmm. International press, and a pensieve memory of a ministry official attacking with a blasting curse from behind should be a good combination, don't you think? Besides, the best way to handle a hostage situation is to avoid it. Second task? It's in the bag.

  Hmm, I happen to agree with your disclaimer. Though I felt it prudent to mention that Rowling based Hermione off herself. Given what I saw with those books, I'm not sure Harry being with Hermione is such a wise decision...that being said, Ginny Weasley...seriously. Luna would have made so much better a pick. Not to mention that Harry's sudden attraction to Ginny, and the number of times Amortentia came up in HBP was highly suspicious.
  
  I'm wondering who shot that curse at Percy, and started the riot. My bet's on Malfoy, but whoever it is better get theirs.
  
  Also, why do I get the feeling that Malfoy is going to get another extreme dose of Champion's business?
  
  Interesting tribute to west coast rap. Fuck the Police by NWA, and Deep Cover by Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre, I believe. Would have made it more interesting if you couldn't incorporated NWA's Appetite for Destruction in there. Or if maybe you'd have used more of that Deep Cover chorus.
  Harry: Yeah, and I won't stop. (curses auror) Cuz it's one eight sever on a motherfuckin cop.
  
  Regardless, the gratuitous violence makes this story funny. Nice to see that there are some consequences to everything though, I'd hope to see some from Ministry officials going above their station.

  Well what the hell do you expect from the fucktards at the Ministry of Morons! Christ on a broken down bike! They pit young adults against nesting dragons even knowing not to bother them! And consider it sport! Just how the fuck these rejects form sanity managed to survive to the late twentieth century has got to be due to DIVINE INTERVENTION! They just don't have what it takes to survive without it! They never learn from their mistakes because the erase them form their minds! Harry and Hermione should just flip the world off and tell the so called adults to clean up their own mess and simply leave them to do or die.
