As I woke up I stared at the white ceiling above me, as it stared right back in disgust as if to say "You're ugly and useless. There's a reason that no-one wants to adopt you." Those thoughts were eventually drowned out when my supervisor Sarah said "Hey I've got a suprise for you but you have to get dressed. Once you're done come down to my office, okay hun?" "Mmmmkay just close the door on your way out" I said. I suppose I should introduce myself. My name is Jamia Rose Nestor. I'm 16 and a orphan. My parents died when I was 2 in a car accident. I'm a lttle short for my age but eh, it's better than being too tall. On the outside I may look like a valley girl. traight pretty hair, colorful clothes, pretty eyes covered in mascara, but really on the inside i'm one of those kids you would call 'Emo'. I love Green Day, The Misfits, Iron Maiden, Blur, The Smiths, Nirvana, Weezer, Motley Crue, Pulp, Sublime, and They Might Be Giants. I live at the McCastor Orphanage in Belleville, New Jersey and I could really care less if I get adopted today or not. I quickly threw on a black misfits shirt with pink skinny jeans and white, dirty converse. After lookin at my cuts from last night I put on a atticus wristband and ran downstairs to Sarah's office.
