She looked at the note, then tossed it onto her kitchen table, thinking it was a joke by one of her work mates, or one of her friends. She ran upstairs, and looked into her wardrobe, before pulling out a purple dress that Stefan had bought her two weeks earlier
*To: Emily
From: Stefan
I'm outside, babe x*
She grinned into the mirror. She looked amazing. She turned to the door, and walked outside. Stefan was stood outside a taxi. When he saw her, his jaw dropped,
“You look... wow...” He said. He was almost speechless. Emily smiled and walked over to hug him. They got into the taxi.
“I got this letter earlier... telling me that I'll 'pay' for publishing someone’s name,”
“Ignore it, it's probably someone playing a joke on you.”
Emily nodded, and looked out of the window. Suppose it was real... how would she 'pay'?
They got to the cinema, and stepped out of the taxi. Emily held onto Stefan's hand as they walked inside. They bought the tickets, popcorn and drinks and went in. The film finished, and Emily had become calmer about the letter. It had to be a joke. How would three criminals know her address?
“I'll be back in a sec, I need the loo. Wait here?” Stefan said, kissing Emily's cheek. She nodded, and pulled out her phone.

From: Unknown.
Call the publisher and tell them to recall and reprint every copy of that newspaper. We're watching you.*
