  :O This time Bert's the bad/good guy and Gerard's the sensitive guardian angel! I love it. It's so exciting and SO fucking interesting and attention grabbing. If you wrote books for a career I would buy them immediately. You're really awesome! And poor Mikey, he just can't be happy Dx I'm pretty excited to see what role Frank plays in the story and how he meets everyone. I'm guessing Frank is going to snatch Mikey away from Ray? If that happens, I'd like it cos I prefer Frikey over Rikey xD I'm so excited for more! And sorry for the long review :3

  Yep; Bert's kinda the reluctant nice guy and Gerard's the sweet big brother. I'm really glad that you like it; I've never written as Bert before, nor have I ever even included him in a story, so I was really nervous about it.
  I do feel sorry for Mikey, he never gets the good end of things in my fics, does he?
  Frank will be making an entrance pretty soon...

  I absolutely love your version of Bert. Everyone usually just makes Bert the heartless bad guy, so it's really interesting to see him as a caring person deep down who's just been clouded by anger and jealousy. I also can't tell whether I want him to stay with Gerard or not. On the one hand, he could be good for Mikey. On the other, he could let out all his anger at the wrong time in the wrong place.
  
  This was a great chapter-and ooooo cliffhanger!

  Thank you very much, I'm extremely relieved that you liked my version of Bert. I've never written as him/about him, I was really quite worried about completely butchering it so it's very nice to hear that you think he's alright in this!
  He's not a bad person and he really does care, he's just not the sort of person to really show it and definitely not let it show through his fog of jealousy. If that makes any sort of sense.

  This is just as amazing as the first part, and I love it :)
  I don't really read fan fictions including Bert, but I love how you have painted his personality, and how much he loves Gee and Mikey, but his feelings are all mixed up all the time.
  I want to read more! Write it! Now!!
  Because it is so incredibly awesome :)

  I was really nervous about using Bert as key character not only because I've never written him before, but because it is very rare to have him in an MCR fanfic and I was worried that people wouldn't like him being in it.

  I really wanted to mess around with people's views of Bert's character throughout the chapter, so I'm glad that kinda came through.
  I don't know about amizingness, but the next chapter is currently in the process of being birthed.

  Oh my god! Poor Mikey. Is Ray alright? Mikey will die if Ray isn't okay. Bert better keep his temper because all Gerard wants to do is keep his brother happy. This chapter is soooooooo soooooooo sooooooo brilliant. I love it. There was so much emotion through it and Bert's feelings and thoughts were conveyed so well. I can't wait for more. Its a really good story so far. Update soon please. You're a great writer!
