I passed Axl in the hall. He cut his eye at me a scoffed. He was trying to egg me on. I wouldn't let him- if I could help it. I turned into the kitchen and took a seat at the nook. I looked out the window and sighed at the relentless rain. He came in and sat down across from me puffing away at his cigarette. I made myself busy by flipping through the magazine that was rolled up next to me. I came to an article on that band Axl hated so much: Nirvana. I smirked as I read it. Suddenly Axl snatched the magazine away and chucked it out the open window. "You jerk!" I yelled. He chuckled, "Say that to my face." He said leaning across the table and getting in my face. I just stared at, "I'm leaving." I said standing up. I saw panic stain his green eyes but he kept cool, "Where ya goin'?" He asked casualy. "To the garage." I mumbled. He chuckled and shook his head. I exited the house through the back door and made a break for the detached garage passing the soaked magzine. Suddenly I sunk down in a mud pit..
