Day one.
9am the alarm went off. The start of a very long day. Today you see, I was jetting off to the USA with my best friend Emma. I was going to stay with my Aunt and cousin Jaye. They lived in Chicago, which was great. I'd always wanted to go there.
It wasn't the first time Id been to the States. I went there once when I was 11.
Emma and I got to the airport at 10.30am. We lived right near it, which was great! Our flight was due to leave at mid-day. We desided to get an early lunch.
'So, you exited then'? I asked Emma,who had never been abroard before.
'Uh huh. Yeah, I dont know what to expect. Its going to be so much damn fun'! she replied.
At 12pm, we boarded the plane. lucky for us, we had desided to splash out on first class tickets, so we were very confortable.
