  This is a really dumb petition, but this was from a long time ago. And there's also a petition to stop the petition jailing Frank , which got 10X as much signatures. This was from about 2010 , and never got past the internet. Still fucking retarded petition, so I can understand why this is upsetting.

  Guys if you look at the comments you can see that people called Frank Iero, Bob bryar, Gerard Way and Ray Toro have put comments saying things as:
  
  GW- "This music is bad and you should feel bad for listening to it." and "GODDAMMIT FRANK! you need to help me make more money so i can keep buying and ass raping little mexican boys!"
  
  FI- "Haters gonna hate" and "WHAT? It drives people into murderous rampages?! I've been listening to it for years and I didn't know I was supposed to! Thanks for telling me! (Spot the sarcasm, you're an ass if you think this is about him killing people)"
  
  RT- "I can't WHIP MY HAIR to this song."

  dude, that's insane. first of all, they have a ton of their facts wrong. "Impressionable young children"?
  "pro-suicide emo band My Chemical Romance"?
  Uh/........we are not anywhere near impressionable young children, and no young child listens to that anyway
  and MCR is against that
  
  and all of their stuff is wrong, except le lyrcis.
  
  Whoever made the petition needs to shut up like, not be stupid.

  This is an old petition. I actually read through all the comments and found it very amusing. Gerard and Frank posted quite a few times (If it was really them) but I found one that Jamia wrote:

  I'm pretty sure you can't arrest someone because of a petition. He hasn't done anything wrong. It's called freedom of speech.
  
  I wouldn't waste any time getting upset about it. People have said worse about MCR and they won't stop. It used to all be Marilyn Manson's fault, now they have found a new artist to point the blame on instead of taking credit for being shitty parents and raising kids capable of murder.

  2. A large amount of the comments/signatures are jokes/sarcasm.
  
  He isn't gonna get arrested.
