I Know I'm Wrong
You didn’t change,
I know it was me.
So I won’t go begging,
For your sympathy.
Scars on my skin,
I caused them all.
But I’m not ashamed,
I’ll still stand tall.
When did I last smile,
With full joyful glee?
I don’t do that anymore,
It just isn’t me.
I’m just a broken toy,
But I don’t want repairing.
Throw me well away,
And stop the despairing.
Read all my thoughts,
Every scar and scrape.
Then you won’t blame me,
For making my escape.
A/N: Thanks for reading and please let me know what you think. :)
