Elle' Pov

I ran after them to but as soon as Jeremy saw me he ran towards grabbing me grabbing me pulling me back as Jared beat this poor guy up.

"JARED STOP IT PLEASE STOP IT.." I screamed trying to reach out to him but Jeremy had a grip on me.
"I TOLY YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM HER DIDNT I..DIDNT I" He yelled kicking him over and over again. I looked down in horror as the guy tried to cover his face up.

"PLEASE JARED HES HURTING!!"

"You better stop and shut the fuck up" Jeremy whispered in my ear laughing gripping onto my arms tighter. I closed my eyes until I heard nothing and I opened them slowly to see Jared walking towards us.

"Lets go now" he said signaling everyone and I pulled myself out of Jeremy's grasp and ran towards him kneeling down beside him.

"I'm sorry" I whispered unravingling the bandana I had on my hair and wiping his face with it.
"I'm sorry to but you have to know the truth" he said grabbing my hand running his hand over my ring.

"I...."
"NOW ELLES" Jared said grabbing me and pulling away from him.
"JARED STOP IT" I yelled when he practically dragged me back to where we parked our cars. They made me sit in the car while they walked off and I could see them still agrueing in the distance. I sat there feeling axious and debating wether or not I should go back to see if this poor guy was okay but I knew if I did they would go and just pull me back. I closed my eyes picturing him one minute singing and the next on the floor covered in blood. I opened my quickly when I felt the door and there was Jared standing with a really pissed off look on his face.

"You need to stay away from him Elles"
"why what did he do I mean I dont even know him all I did was just watch him sing" I sighed trying to control the tears but with no success.

"listen remember when we told you about your accident" I just nodded and wiped and my face.
"well he was the hit and runner" hearing those words come out of his mouth hit me like a ton of bricks I didnt even know what to say so I just stayed quiet for the longest time.

"Elles he got away with it we couldnt prove it was him when we found out, why do you think we just kicked his ass right for what he did to you, he ruined our lives and dad was pissed okay, he is no good so please dont go near him agian he will try to say anything to you to fool you"

"why would he try to fool me"
"because before the accident he was always trying to prusue you but you always rejected him and it pissed him off to a point were he would follow you and no matter what we did he was still around"

I didnt know what to think I couldnt process all this at once so fast.

"I wanna go home Jeremy" I whispered closing the car door not even saying good bye to anyone. When we got home I just went striaght to my room and laid down trying to process everything Jared had just told me.

"babe come on now you have to snap out of it already whats done is done" Jeremey smirked laying next to pulling me into his arms tightly.
"I dont believe Jared" I said glaring up at him.
"you what..are you FUCKIN KIDDING ME!" he yelled making me pull away from him but he grabbed me slamming me back down onto the bed.

"you will not go against your family's wishes if jared tells you that he is bad news then he is bad news got it" he whispred I nodded feeling the tears fall.

"please stop"
"oh now your scared you idiot" he laughed letting go of me and getting up walking out of the room. I sat up quickly and I ran to the bathroom locking the door. I sat down crying hysterically thinking about how much Jared and Shannon wanted to protect me but they had no idea what there so called bestfriend was doing to me. I couldnt tell them I was terrified of Jeremy and what he was capable of. He wasnt always like this it all just changed so quickly that I didnt have time to even end it and even if I did I was to scared to be alone now. I sat up quickly when I heard the door clicked opened and Jeremy walked in.

"I'm sorry babe come here" He reached out pulling me into his arms.
"No im sorry I know you guys are only trying to look out for me" I whispred looking into his eyes.
"its for your best interest my love" he smiled leaning down kissing my lips.


It had been a few days sense Jared told me everything about this boy I knew nothing about not even his name. I hadnt seen him sense the whole incident and I felt so guilty. Jeremy had to leave for a few days for work so I had decided to stay with Shannon so I wouldnt be alone in our big house.

"So how are things with Jeremy"
"there okay shannon" I sighed setting down some plates of food for us.
"thats good" he smiled taking a bite of his dinner. I wanted to ask him so bad about the boy they hated so much but I didnt know how to begin.

"elles listen about this whole situation with this guy ummm god I dont know how to say this but please dont be mad at us Jared and Dad only want whats best for you, all I need you to know is that hes not a bad guy he never was all he did wrong was listen to us and leave you."

"he left me but why I thought he was the one who hit my car that day"
"no he didnt" he sighed.

"Shannon Im just so confused about everything I cant even remember him" I said closing my eyes tightly.
"its gonna take time elles okay, but believe when I say this hes best for you"
I kept my eyes closed trying to get some sort of memory of him but I couldnt all I could feel was that in some weird but good way he had my heart.



Tyson's POV.

Two whole years had passed and there wasnt a single moment that I didnt miss her. I traveled all over the world and met so many people but in every girl that tried to come onto me I saw her face and I couldnt do it. My band had gotten signed so I always kept myself busy. I had run into Jared and Shannon a few time at other venues and we just pretened to be civil with eachother and keep our distances but everytime I saw them I alway hoped that I would see her but I just never did.

"Tyson were gonna head out for a while do you wanna come" Nick asked coming into the tent we had set up for us.
"nah dude I'm good I'm just gonna chill out here for a while"
"alright dude"

I took out my guitar and I played it just trying to concentrate on something but only one song came to mind. I strummed the chords and smiled remembering when me and Elles had just been together for a few months we got into a huge arguement and we had broke up. We hadnt seen eachother in weeks and when she found out I had left her because of her brothers she stormed into one of our rehearsals and she took the mike from me and these lyrics just came out of us we had written a song without even being together it was perfect, it had love and anger but at the end it brought us back together.

I looked up quickly and there she was standing infront of me singing I couldnt believe my eyes I felt like I was dreaming. She looked so beautiful and so different she didnt hav eher curls anymore. I watched her in awe as she sang softly.

I stopped playing and I just looked up at her smiling.

"why did you stop playing" she whispered walking all the way inside the tent.

" a nobody babe" we both turned turned around to see a guy standing in the enterence.

"ya I dont want to hear it lets go now" He grabbed her arm practically pulling her out of the tent. I ran out quickly after them and she had a panicked look on her face.

"hey dont fucking grab her like that" I yelled out.
"you better stay the fuck away do you hear me Fucker" he yelled pushing me away quickly.
"why dont you tell her who I really am or would you like me to do it" i yelled agian. I followed them as much as I could but I stopped when I saw them go into her brothers tent.

"Fuck" I muttered heading back to our tent and I called Nick's cell phone telling him to head back. I felt like I had waited forever until he finally showed up.

"fuck dude whats the hurry I was fucking eating I had to leave my food there" Nick said all annoyed but I didnt care.
"Dude she's back" I smiled pacing back and fourth.
"whos back"
"Elles"
"What no Tyson tell me you didnt"
"Dude she found me she sang our song oh my god Nick she looked so beautiful so different"
"does she remember you" he asked sitting down god he looked more shocked than me.
"No she didnt but I need to tell her man I need to set everything straight with her"
"do you think shes just gonna forgive you for abandoning her"
"I didnt abandon her I left because..."
"ya ya because of Jared and Shannon buts thats bullshit dude you could of stayed and fought for her but you didnt"
"I tried okay so fuck you, I'm making it up to her now" I said walking out of the tent and heading to theres I stopped half way down when I saw jared coming towards me.

"I thought we made ourselves very clear fucker on what we settled for her" Jared smirked
"I never agreed to anything you threatened us and I only did what was best for her"

"best for her oh my god really we threaten you and what did you do you left her and never fought for her, do you realize that you were so easy to manipulate we said jump and you practcally did, if you were any kind of man which we all know you arnt you would have stepped up to us for her" he laughed pushing me down hard. I looked up at him and I just lost it.

"YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE" I yelled getting up and knocking him to the ground and hitting him.
"OH!!your showing some balls you little pussy" he laughed kicking me off of him I tried to get back up but he pinned me down and started hitting me again. I thought I was gonna pass out when I heard her screaming for me.

"JARED STOP IT PLEASE STOP IT.." I turned towards her and she tried grabbing for me but the guy she was with grabbed her pulling her away.


"I TOLD YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM HER DIDNT I..DIDNT I" He yelled kicking me over and over again. The only thing I could do at the point was just try and cover my face.

When he finally stopped I rolled onto my back coughing like crazy trying to catch my breath. I looked back up at him and he had the most sinister smile ever.

"Lets go now" he said making everyone follow him but not her she came to me instead and kneeled beside me.
"I'm sorry" she whispered as she took off her bandana and softly wiped my face with it. I closed my eyes and I felt her soft hand on my skin I never in a million years thought I was gonna get to feel her touch again.


"I'm sorry to but you have to know the truth" I looked back up at her again and smiled when I saw the that she still the ring on her finger.
"I...."

"NOW ELLES" we both jumped when I saw Jared grab her and pull her back.
"JARED STOP IT"she yelled when he practically dragged her away from me. I tried to sit up but by the time I did she was already out of my sight. I groaned as I finally got onto my feet and slowly walked back to our bus. I made it half way there when I saw Nick running towards me.

"WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO YOU" he said grabbing onto to me and helping me onto the bus.
"Jared kicked my ass for talking to Elles"
"Dude you have got to be kidding me what the fuck is wrong with him why cant he just leave you two alone" he said tossing me a rag.

"I dont know dude I just...I feel like I should just go out there and get her to leave with me like we planned the first time but I'm scared look at what I did to her the first time"

"Look first off I just want to apologize for what I said earlier I had no right and its my bad bro"
"its alright man I know I fustrated all of you with this whole situation so no apology needed" I smiled as he nodded.

"I think you just get her and tell her the truth all of it and see how it goes from there."
"ya I think Im just gonna wait a few days and wait for the right moment I mean she has to be alone sometime and I know now shes gonna be hanging around the venues"
"you know if you need help Ill help man"
"thanks Nick" he nodded and I walked to the back of the bus into the bathroom and washed my face trying to clean up the cuts. When i was done I sat down and I pulled out the bandana she had used and held it to my face closing my eyes. I missed her like crazy two years had completely beat me down. I wanted her with me and I knew she would forgive me.

"please God let her forgive me" I whispred softly.

A few days later...

I had kept my self busy sense the whole fight and we managed to get a couple of shows in vegas. We had gotten back a day early and I just just went home dropped off my shit and went to mine and Elles old spot. I drove up to cove and I got off the car and slowly walked into the cave. I hadnt stepped foot on this spot sense the accident and it felt so weird to be here I walked around and stopped when I saw the last spot were me and Elles were happy.


"babe you sure you want to do this with me" I whispered putting my forehead against hers as she nodded.
"more than sure I can't be without you" she smiled.
"And I can't be without you, but I can't give you everything you have right now all I can offer you is my love and that I will always take care of you"
"Thats all I want" she whispered pressing her lips against mine.

I snapped out thought of my thought when I felt someone slipp there hand into mine.
