The story has good grammar and spelling. Structure and voice are better than usual for fanfiction. However I can't say much about plot or characterization on the Sekirei side, and this Naruto is so far AU that canon characterization simply does not apply. However given the known talents of the Naruto-verse I think you are railroading the plot into Sekirei canons when Naruto should be entirely capable of infiltrating the building capturing or killing whoever he wants and extracting whatever information he needs.
