I sit at the back of the bus, headphones turned up loud to block out the world for a short while. I just finished school for the day but have t go to the school’s annual fair – I need extra credit for Gym and apparently cleaning up at the fair was my only option physically possible; I could not survive 10 days at army camp.
We turn the last corner onto the street that leads to the par where the fair is set up. At least I can go on rides and shit before I have to clean up. As the bus comes to a stop I quickly get up, get off and go to the big wheel; mine and my best friend’s agreed meeting point seen as his class took a different bus to mine. Actually, I can see him now.
