Give It Your Best Shot

I was all set to go into Harry's age when this "young lord" thing came up. What is Ollivander talking about? Why was James so tense about it? Is James a Lord or is the title somehow connected to magical power?
And going back to the age thing will that have an impact on the Tri-Wizard if you are using that here? If Harry is 14 then he is too young to compete; if he is 23 he is more than old enough, and using Sirius' point that his average age is 18 then he is still eligible to enter. Will Dumbledore's age line recognize any of this? Will Harry decide to enter himself in the Tourneyment rather than being tricked into it as in canon?

Wow, a lot of questions. I do tend to refrain from giving out spoilers, so you'll have to wait and read to find out the answers.
Thanks for the review, BJH.Give It Your Best Shot

Hmm the Harry is a Lord trope huh? Why him though, James is still alive and well. And what's with Olivander the one announcing it, I thought it was usually the Ministry or a blood adoption test in Gringotts that did that.
Or is that just fanon I wonder, reading so many fanfics makes remember canon difficult.
James sure is tense about it.
I personally hope Harry doesn't spend too much time at Hogwarts. Kinda bored of it all.
