  When I was 4, my family and I left my alcoholic dad, who used to hit my mom in front of us and accuse her of cheating.
  
  
  When I was 6, my mom got a drunkie boyfriend, who moved his brothers in, and they would smoke, and drink, and get into fights in front of us. We used to leave the house at night for an hour until they stopped.
  
  In my old neighborhood, the streets would always have murderers and drugs. I always heard gunshots.
