Prologue
It was late at night, probably around 2am in the morning, and Gerard was attempting to walk home after going out for drinks with a few friends. Being the great friends they were, they left Gerard to make his own way home, even though, in the state he was in, wasn't a good idea at all. He was drunk and could hardly even keep his eyes open and stay on his feet. Slowly, unsure where he was, tried to walk. He looked around, trying to place in his mind where he was. The sky was pitch black, with just a couple of stars shining bright. He was just a few streets away from his own house. Gerard scanned the area to find a street sign and his eyes laid on it finally. He walked again, using the house's fences and gates for support.
The area was quiet and you couldn't hear a pin drop, until, out of nowhere, a man approaches Gerard.
"Lea-- me alone.." Gerard slurs at the unknown man.
The man laughs wickedly. "So, you don't remember me? I'm Elliot, your ex boyfriend."
It all comes back to him once the name Elliot is mentioned. He dumped his ex boyfriend because he never loved him, he just used him to have a boyfriend. When Elliot found out, he went mad, and bet him up daily, and then would have sex with him after. Gerard had tried to get away from his abusive relationship, but everytime Elliot would find him. There was no escape. That's when Gerard put his foot down and dumped him.
At the time, Gerard was living in California, because he had accepted Elliot's offer to move in with him, and Elliot should of never knew where Gerard lived. He never once told him that he lived in New Jersey, so how had he got here, and who had told him?
"Ell-- I.. Don't wan no trouble.. I dumped yurrrr--" Gerard begged, covering his body with his hands.
Elliot got more angry then. "Well, I do want trouble. You'll never live this down dumping me. Never!"
He got closer to Gerard at first, putting his hands in his hair, and stroking his cheeks.
"Stahhpp it." Gerard slurred again, attempting to slap his hands away.
"No Gerard. I loved you; you dumped me. Now you will pay." He whispered in his ear.
Elliot shoved his lips on Gerard, holding his face, not letting Gerard get away. He then throws Gerard on the sidewalk, just missing smashing his face against the cold stones. "You will pay." Elliot repeats again, more louder this time.
His hands go down to Gerard's jeans and he pulled them off, before continuing to pull off his underwear.
"No.. Stop it. Get off meee.. I don't wan--" Gerard dazily shouts.
Dispite Gerard's pleas, he continued. He put his hand around Gerard's penis and begins to jerk him off.
"No, don't. I don't wan.. Get off me.. Please." Gerard tries again to beg.
Sometime later, after more begs and Elliot not listening, he finished raping his ex boyfriend and leaves Gerard in the dark, naked, and drunk.
When Gerard didn't come home the night he went out for drinks, his Mom and brother Mikey got worried and called the Police. They searched the streets surrounding the pub he went to and around his home. Eventually they found him. laying on a hidden side street, without his clothes on and vomit still dripping out of his mouth.
It broke his families hearts, seeing him as they did.
