Raine-

Balamb is great! I wish you could have come with Kiros and I. Tell Ellone I miss her.

-Laguna

Kiros made a wonderful, breathy sound and gripped Laguna's shoulders, rocking back against him. He peered over his shoulder, grinning like some fiend, the water of the shower wetting his hair to his neck and shoulders.

Laguna bit his lower lip, thrusting his hips roughly until Kiros opened his mouth to moan hungrily. His hands were white-knuckle on the shower tiles; Laguna kissed him fervently, letting his hands roam endlessly over fever hot skin.

At this rate, they'd never get anything done.

Dear Raine-

FH is wet. I don't think my slacks will ever be dry again. Not even joking. Hope this finds you well! I miss you and Ellone both.

-Laguna

It was a bit of a surprise to get thrown against the door when he came back in from interviewing the mayor, but it was a pleasant surprise when Kiros kissed him with a wanton passion, hands already busy on his belt, complaining inanely into their kisses about rainwater and cold winds and other such nonsense.

Laguna could hold in a shivering moan as Kiros dropped to his knees and began to kitten-lick at his cock. His hands slid through the short hair just above Kiros' braids and he tugged, thrusting his hips forward.

It wasn't quite as cold any more.
~
Dearest Raine-

Tell Ellone happy birthday for me! I'm sorry we're missing it. In Deling City right now-seeing some old sights and friends and writing up a killer article. The guy at Timber Manics really seems to like my work.

I should be home soon. A month or two more.

With my love,
Laguna

"It's not quite as I remember," Kiros commiserated of the park, hands idle over Laguna's chest. Laguna rolled his eyes.

"That's because the last time we were in the park, you were convinced I wanted to bang Julia-."

"You did want to bang Julia."

"-and, besides, these lovely shrubs weren't here the last time we were!"

". . . you're a pervert."
~
Raine,

I've been thinking-and stop thinking that thing that I know you're thinking because when I'm there you actually say it, and I get enough of that out of Kiros-that maybe I should move out of Ellone's parent's house. You know, move in above the bar with you and Ellone. To help watch and everything.

Timber is great this time of year. I think you'd really enjoy it.

With love,
Laguna

"Has he made an honest man out of you yet?" Laguna glared at his older sister, ignoring her pointedly as he continued up the stairs with Kiros in toe. She shouted after them, "Don't keep your nephews up!"

In the bedroom, Laguna leered and shoved Kiros onto the bed. He shook his head, muttering darkly under his breath as Laguna slid onto the bed and began to undress him. After a while, whatever dark thing he was saying turned to quiet encouragements, his hands gripping Laguna's shoulders tightly as the older man drove into him.

In the morning, Laguna's youngest nephew was heard asking his mother what 'fuck' meant.
~
Dear Raine,

Sorry we're not back yet. Got caught up with some stuff out in Trabia and Shumi Village. I promise I'll be back before your birthday; I'll bring something back for you from my home village. There are some nice necklaces.

Love,
Laguna

"You ever do anything here before?" Kiros' voice was breathy and quiet, his words spoken against Laguna's chest. Laguna chuckled nervously, shifted Kiros' legs around his waist and leaned in a little, until Kiros was gasping and pushing his hands against the wall for support.

"I was-ah, /fuck/-five when we left." Kiros chuckled, lulling his head back against the wall. Laguna sucked at his neck roughly, nibbling and licking until there was a bright, nearly circular maroon welt on Kiros' skin.

"You could've started early," Kiros breathed.

"Shut up," Laguna muttered with a husky laugh.
~
Dearest Raine,

I miss you. About three days out from Winhill right now. We'll be back soon, and I'll see you then.

I was reading over your letters again last night. Did I really change that much in mine? I hadn't noticed.

Well, tell Ellone I love her, and I'll see you both very soon.

Love,
Laguna

The tent really didn't keep the cold of the night out. It was an easy enough excuse for Laguna to use as he unzipped Kiros' sleeping bag and pulled the younger man against him.

But it didn't remain like that. Very soon, Kiros was gasping and panting, pushing back against Laguna, moaning loudly into their bedding as his fingers twisted in fabric and pillows. Laguna panted against his back, rocking steadily and loving the feel of Kiros around him.

"I love you."
~
They arrived back in Winhill in the dead of night. Rather than wake Raine-she hated being woken without reason-Laguna took Kiros into the house he'd stayed in since he'd been brought to Winhill. The house he hoped to move out of to live with Raine instead, very soon.

The bed, just as they had left, was barely wide enough for one man. Laguna sprawled out, and laughed, dragging Kiros down against him. He smiled, kissing his young lover gently, petting the wisps of stubborn hair out of his face and caressing his face and neck gently.

"I love you," he vowed quietly. Kiros smiled, and kissed him. Very soon, they were naked, Kiros above him with hands on his shoulder, his hips a piston of Laguna's cock and his voice low and powerful in his chest.

When they lay together afterward, Kiros sprawled over Laguna's chest and their legs tangled helplessly, Kiros murmured, "When you marry her, I get to be your best man, right?"

"Of course." He didn't question how Kiros figured that he and Raine would marry. Kiros just knew things like that, even before Laguna did. Slowly, he ran his fingers through Kiros' hair and kissed his brow. He said, "We'll talk in the morning."
~
Morning came, and Laguna woke a little chilly and sans Kiros. He dressed, combed his hair into some semblance of normalcy, and wandered over to the bar. Sure enough, Kiros was up, talking with Raine. Ellone was seated on the bar, swinging her legs back and forth.

She scrambled down, running over to Laguna and hugging his legs, talking quickly about how Uncle Kiros was showing pictures of their trip and they looked wonderful and fun and did he bring anything for her?

He leaned over the bar, pecking a kiss to Raine's cheek. Ellone giggled behind her hands. Laguna placed her back on the bar, and sat on the stool next to Kiros'.

It was good to be back.
