I woke up because I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket I didn't see where frank was but I noticed I was in his bed I felt my chest to make sure my shirt was on but I knew he would never do something like that it was just out of overprotection upon myself
where are you
It was my dad texting me
"Hey morning um you hungry I attempted to make pancakes..."he smiled a bit I knew frank was a good cook but he liked to burn stuff so I knew the pancakes were going to be more than a golden brown
We went down stairs and ate the partly burned pancakes and started walking to Gerard's house

"So uh how are you.." Frank decided to finally break the awkwardness building up
"I'm scared...what if we never see Gerard again I don't want him to....leave..."
I swallowed hard and frank began talking again
"He's going to come out alive his old dealer isn't going to kill him... He probably just needs money to get back on his feet"
"Are you defending the guy who is holding Gee hostage? Why would he do that why can't he jut get a regular job.."
"You shouldn't be worried about that and um I bandaged your arm it was bleeding a lot last night.."
He saw my cuts I know it I can't look at him the same way anymore because he knows
"I um I jus-"
"It's okay I already know..."
"Oh...."
Then silence fell on us again

We got to Gerard's house and Mikey pulled us into Gerard's room
"We shouldn't be in here he wouldn't like it.."
I told Mikey
"I know but you need to know this"
