Awkward

She expects people to hate her.
She expects them all to be mean.
She thinks they'll all be the same.
They aren't.
When they're nice and talk to her like she's equal to them, it scares her.
She analyzes every word, terrified she'll make a fatal mistake and gain an enemy.
She's afraid of everyone, and she should be.
She'll probably end up a nut-case that doesn't leave their house and sits in her closet out of fear.
One day, she looks in the mirror. She realizes just because she can't see all her bones and just because she ate some bread, it didn't make her ugly or fat.
A piece of bread didn't kill her. And hours of running every day might not be worth it. Later that day, it went to hell. All of it.
It only takes one person, one word to cause it to get worse again.
"If you forget your run today and keep eating, you'll stay fat."
