The pills are taking affect now,
I can feel the pain subsiding.
My sadness is slipping away,
My vision is blurring.
I just can't stop feeling bad for myself.
My life is like a handle,
Something I can't grip tight enough,
It eventually falls from my grasp,
And my handle of life snaps.
Which causes me to snap, break, bend.
The handle of life I had is gone,
So am I.
I can feel the pain subsiding.
My sadness is slipping away,
My vision is blurring.
I just can't stop feeling bad for myself.
My life is like a handle,
Something I can't grip tight enough,
It eventually falls from my grasp,
And my handle of life snaps.
Which causes me to snap, break, bend.
The handle of life I had is gone,
So am I.
