The monster rushes in and pins both of them to the ground. It activates another special attack. A poof of smoke similar to their ranger color surrounds Madeline and Dominic. When the smoke clears there is a rhino calf and a snow leopard cub. The monster runs away a few seconds later. Luckily for Madeline and Dominic their bracelets become collars. They allowed their animal sounds to be translated into human speech.
"Great now what do we do?" Snow Leopard Madeline asks. "We have to head back to the loft." Rhino Dominic answers. "Dominic, we have been turned into well a young version our animal spirits. If we walk around town people might think we have escaped from the zoo.” Snow leopard Madeline says. "True, it is dusk we can wait a few more minutes than head back when it's dark.” Rhino Dominic says. "One problem my white rhino, you forget that rhino don't exactly have great eye sight." Snow leopard Madeline reminds him. "Yes, but we do have harp hearing and a keen sense of smell." Rhino Dominic says.
They run to an alleyway and hide behind a dumpster to wait for night fall. Their bodies are used to being stuck in animal form. Madeline suggests that they take a short nap to recharge. Dominic agrees that sounds like a good plan. Madeline crawls up into a ball and Dominic snuggles up next to her. A few seconds later they feel asleep. Meanwhile in the loft, R.J. and Master snowy are getting worried that Dominic and Madeline still are back yet.
"I think we should go look of them." Master snowy says. "Good idea." R.J. says. They leave the loft. They walk around town for a bit. They find Dominic and Madeline clothes lying on the ground. They try not to jump to any conclusions. They walk into the alleyway close to where they found the clothes. Rhino Dominic wakes up when he hears footsteps approaching. He tries to wake up Madeline but fails. Then he gets a whiff of what smells like burnt pizza. He runs out from behind the dumpster. RJ and master snowy spot the rhino calf and run over to it.
"Hey Dom, at least we know that you are ok?" RJ jokes. "Very funny RJ" Rhino Dominic says. Even though RJ knows that the rhino calf is actually Dominic just stuck in his animal form. He is still shocked to hear his actual voice coming from its mouth. "Dominic, where is Mades?" master snowy asks.
Rhino Dominic leads them back over to the dumpster. They see snow leopard Madeline fast asleep. Master snowy picks up her daughter to carry her back to the loft. RJ picks up rhino Dom. Then they head back to the loft. RJ and master snowy wait for the others to get finished cleaning the pizzeria. They ask rhino Dom to tell them what happened. After he explains what happened. They see Snow leopard Madeline about to pounce on a basket ball. She leaps off the stool and the ball pops as her retractable claws dig into it. The others rangers are cleaning up the kitchen when they hear to loud pop coming from the loft.
“That doesn’t sound good.” Lily says. “Yeah, no joke let’s go check it out.” Casey says. Everyone puts down their rags and walks up the stairs. Back in the loft, Both Dominic and Madeline can hear people climbing the stairs. They didn’t want their friends to see them like this. Dominic went over to the red bean bag chair and pretended to be a stuffed animal. Madeline ran into her room and hid behind the guitar case. Casey and the others walk in the room and see the popped basketball on the floor. Casey goes over to it and picks it up. He notices the claw hole in it. Lily looks up to the second floor and see a rhino calf on the red bean bag chair.
Rhino Dominic tries really hard not to blink. She smiles as she figured out that was really her friend Dominic stuck in his animal form. “RJ, that rhino calf is really Dominic isn’t it.” Lily says. RJ nods. “How did this happen?” Casey asks. “According to Dominic the monster he and Madeline fought used some special attack to change him and Madeline into their animal form.” RJ answers. “Where is Madeline?” Theo asks. “She is hiding in her room.” Master Snowy answers. Lily goes to Madeline’s room to look for her.
“Madeline, I know you’re in here.” Lily says. The bracelet/collar around Madeline’s neck was starting to itch. She starches the inch and it causes it to come off. Lilly looks over towards the guitar case and sees the bracelet fly into the air. She runs over to it and catches it. She looks down and sees a snow leopard cub. Madeline sees a Lilly look on her face that every girl gets when they think something is cute. Madeline makes a motion with her paws to tell Lily to put the bracelet back around her neck.
Lily bends down and put the bracelet back around her neck. “Lily, I’m so happy that you think I’m cute but there is no way I’m letting Casey or Theo see me like this.” Snow leopard Madeline says. “How are you still able to talk to me?” Lily asks. “The bracelet translates my animal sounds into human speech.” Snow leopard Madeline says. Lily reminds her that she can’t hide in her room forever. “I know. If Theo makes any snood comments can I scratch him?” Snow leopard Madeline asks. “No, Mattie you can’t starch him.” Lily says. Madeline asks if she could at least pounce on him. She shakes her head no, bends down, picks her up, and exits the room.
Lily walks in with Madeline in her arms. Master Snowy has rhino Dominic in her arms. RJ already explained how she and Dom are able to speak to them because of their morphers. Theo tries his hardest not to laugh when he sees Madeline. He can’t contain his laughter and starts to laugh really hard. “I’m so glad you think this is funny Theo. You won’t be laughing when the monster turns you into a jaguar cub.” Snow leopard Madeline says. Theo stops laughing a few seconds later. "How do you know that the monster is going to do that?" Casey asks. “Think about it case, what better way to dismantle the team than to turns us all into out animal forms." Rhino Dominic says.
"True, but if we destroy the monster you two will change back to your normal selves." Casey says. “Why do I have a bad feeling that we have to be the ones to destroy the monster in order to change back?” Snow Leopard Madeline asks. “How do you figure that, Kitten?” Rhino Dominic asks. “I don’t know it sounds like something any bad guy would do. Dominic no offence but when you are like this when you called me kitten it wasn’t as cute. It was kind of creepy. ” Snow leopard Madeline answers. “None taken” Rhino Dominic says.
Madeline jumps out of Lily’s arms. She goes up to the second level, finds a soccer ball, and starts to play with it. Master Snowy sets Dominic down. He tells Madeline to hit it over towards him. Madeline swats the ball with her right front paw. It flies towards Dominic and it hits with the numb where the larger horn is growing. The ball flies high into the air. Madeline leaps into the air and hits it back. Then she lands on her feet.
“Wow that was impressive.” Theo says. “She can jump even high than that. A snow leopard is able to leap 50 feet horizontally. She also can to jump 20 feet vertically.” Master snowy says. “I bet a Jaguar can jump higher than that.” Theo says. “Sorry Theo. Jaguars can jump vertically around 10ft and horizontally around 19ft. Madeline stills wins. ” RJ says. “Can a snow leopard jump higher than a tiger or a cheetah?” Casey asks. “Tigers can leap as high as 5 m (16 ft) and as far as 10 m. A cheetah can jump up to 35 feet far and 7-15 feet high.” Master Snowy answers. “Wow, that’s cool.” Casey says.
Ten minutes later the alarm goes off. The rangers see the monster on the screen. Madeline warns them not to let it pin them to the ground. If they do they end up like her and Dominic. Casey tells her that they’ll be careful. They swing on the vines to leave the loft. They get to the park and rescue the civilians from the Rinshi. Then they morph and fight the Rinshi. Once the Rinshi are defeated they turned their attention to the monster.
“Good four more rangers form me to change into animals.” The monster says. “We aren’t going to let that happen. We are going to destroy you and change our friends back.” Casey says. The monster charges in towards the rangers and pins him and Lilly to the ground. “Casey, Lily you two have to break free before it can turn you into your animal form.” RJ shouts.
RJ tires to use his wolf beam to free them from the monsters grasp. Before the beams hits it he sees a puff of red and yellow smoke which block him from getting a good shot. When the smoke clears Theo and RJ see a tiger and cheetah cub. “Dai Shi will be so happy the two more rangers are out of commission. Now all I have to do is change you two and Dai Shi will be able to take over the city.” The monster says. Master Phant and Master Swoop’s sprits make a dramatic entrance and weaken the monster.
“Get out of here.” Master Phant says. They nod. They go over to them. RJ picks up the morphers off the ground and puts them in his pocket. Then he and Theo pick up cubs that used to be Casey and Lily. Then they run back to the loft. When they get there Madeline and Dominic are taking nap on the red bean bag chair. Theo and RJ put the cubs down on the floor. Casey tries to talk but all the masters and Theo can hear is a series of growls and meows. Lilly tires too but the same things happened. “Why can’t we understand them?” Theo asks. “Madeline and Dominic’s morphers are different for theirs but we could try to tie their morphers around their necks like a collar. I’m not too sure if that will work though.” RJ says.
RJ goes to get some thick string and a pair of scissors. He goes back over the cubs. He measures enough string to wrap around their necks, cuts the string, ties their morphers to the string, and puts it around their necks. Casey tries to talk again but it still sounded like growls and meows. When Lily speaks they are able to understand her. “How come we still can’t understand Casey?” Cheetah Lily asks. “I don’t know Lily.” RJ answers.
Theo and the others masters walks over to the far corner to talk in private. “Do you think that Dhi Shi planned it to make sure that if Casey was changed into his animal form that we couldn’t understand him because he is the leader?” Theo asks. “That sounds like a logical explanation.” RJ answers. “What do we do if the monster comes back? We are down four rangers.” Theo says. “True, but remember Theo you can call on the bat sprit to help you.” Master Swoops says. Theo mentally smacks himself in the head for forgetting the bat spirit ranger. “Do you think three against one will be enough to defeat the monster?” Theo asks. “It’s going to have to be enough Theo.” RJ says.
A few hours later it was dinner time. The three cubs and the rhino cub run up to master snowy. She sits their bowls on the floor. Casey’s bowel has deer meat in it. Lilly’s has rabbit meat in it. Dominic’s has grass in it. Madeline’s has deer meat in it as well. “Mom, just because we are stuck in our animal form doesn’t mean that we are going to eat their diets.” Snow leopard Madeline says. “Sorry, sweetheart, but I thought you like deer meat.” Master snowy says. “I do but that doesn’t mean I’m going to eat it.” Snow leopard Madeline says. “Yeah, I much rather have something else but grass.” Rhino Dominic says. RJ picks up Dominic’s bowl, takes out the grass, replaces it with some pizza, and sets it back down in front of him.
Dominic thanks him and everyone eats dinner. Afterwards Lily walks over to the jukebox. She leaps up to try to turn it on but she can’t leap high enough. Madeline runs over, leaps into the air, does a summer salt, hits the button with her back right paw, does another summer salt, and lands on her feet. “Thanks Maddie, you rock.” Cheetah Lily says. “You’re welcome.” Snow leopard Madeline says. A dance song starts to play. Cheetah Lily starts to dance along a few seconds later. “I guess even if Lily is stuck as a cheetah she can’t help but dance.” Theo says. “Sure looks like it.” RJ says. A few minutes into the dance another puff of yellow smoke appears. When the smoke clears Lilly is standing in her uniform.
“I’m back how did that happen?” Lily asks. “My best guess would be that if the person does the only thing that they like they’ll change back.” RJ answers. “That’s makes since because Lilly loves to dance it broke the monster spell.” Theo says. “How are the others supposed to change back to their old selves?” Lily asks. “Well what do you guys like to do more than anything else?” RJ asks. "Dom likes to play jokes on people." Snow leopard Madeline says. "Mades, you like to sing." Master snowy says. "Yes, mom I like to sing but there is no way that I’m going to sing now." Snow leopard Madeline says.
Madeline has a good idea on how to change Casey back. She goes over to teh cart with teh basketballs on it. She leaps and takes one off the cart. Casey walks over to the hoop. She hits the ball towards Casey. He leaps and hits it towards teh hoop. The ball hits the backboard rolls around teh rim a few times. Then drops into the net and a poof of red smoke appear and when it clears everyone sees Casey.
"Maddie, how did you know that would work?" Casey asks. "I don't know I just trusted my instincts I guess."Snow leopard Madeline answers. "Well, Mades it looks like you've learned quickly on how to trust your instincts. Not that I'm all that surprised." Master snowy says. "I learned form the best. Ok Dom, follow me I have a lan that will help you change back. Lily, Casey, I going to need a few hands to help me too." Snow leopard Madeline says. "Sweet" Rhino Dominic says. Rhino Dominic, Lily, and Casey follow Madeline.
Madeline whispers her plan to them once they are far enough away from everyone. "How much pizza sauce are you going to use?" Casey asks. "Not that much just enough to fill one of those bucket kids play with in the sand box." Snow leopard Madeline answers. "OK let's go." Rhino Dominic says. "You know it's a good thing that we're closed for the day.' Theo says. "Yeah, I know it would be hard to explain to the health department why I have a rhino and snow leopard." RJ says.
Casey comes back from the toy store with a plastic blue bucket. Madeline tells him to set on the top of the door leading out from the kitchen. He closes it slowly. Dominic asks Theo to come downstairs. Back upstairs in the loft, Theo heard Dominic calling for him. "Why do I have to be the one who gets pranked?" Theo asks. "Simple Theo, my daughter knows that pranking a Pai Zhuq is a bad idea.” Master snowy says. Theo walks away from the masters and down stairs to the pizzeria. He opens the door and the bucket of pizza sauce drops on his head. Casey, Lily, and Dominic start cracking up.
The bucket bounces as it hits floor. He wipes the sauce out of his eyes. When Theo opens his eyes he doesn’t see Dominic standing next to Casey. “How come Dom is still stuck as Rhino?” Theo asks. “I don’t know.” Casey answers. Casey and Lily clean up the pizza sauce and Theo goes back up stairs to change. A they finish cleaning up they head back up stair too.
“How come Dominic didn’t change back? I thought you said that if they did something that Dominic likes he would change back.” Snow leopard Madeline says. “I think that’s because you and Dominic have been stuck in your animal forms longer than Casey and Lily did.” RJ says. “So are we going to be stuck like this forever?” Snow leopard Madeline asks.

She hits the ball towards Casey. He leaps and hits it towards teh hoop. The ball hits the backboard rolls around teh rim a few times. Then drops into the net and a poof of red smoke appear and when it clears everyone sees Casey.
"Maddie, how did you know that would work?" Casey asks. "I don't know I just trusted my instincts I guess."Snow leopard Madeline answers. "Well, Mades it looks like you've learned quickly on how to trust your instincts. Not that I'm all that surprised." Master snowy says. "I learned form the best. Ok Dom, follow me I have a lan that will help you change back. Lily, Casey, I going to need a few hands to help me too." Snow leopard Madeline says. "Sweet" Rhino Dominic says. Rhino Dominic, Lily, and Casey follow Madeline.
Madeline whispers her plan to them once they are far enough away from everyone. "How much pizza sauce are you going to use?" Casey asks. "Not that much just enough to fill one of those bucket kids play with in the sand box." Snow leopard Madeline answers. "OK let's go." Rhino Dominic says. "You know it's a good thing that we're closed for the day.' Theo says. "Yeah, I know it would be hard to explain to the health department why I have a rhino and snow leopard." RJ says.
Casey comes back from the toy store with a plastic blue bucket. Madeline tells him to set on the top of the door leading out from the kitchen. He closes it slowly. Dominic asks Theo to come downstairs. Back upstairs in the loft, Theo heard Dominic calling for him. "Why do I have to be the one who gets pranked?" Theo asks. "Simple Theo, my daughter knows that pranking a Pai Zhuq is a bad idea.” Master snowy says. Theo walks away from the masters and down stairs to the pizzeria. He opens the door and the bucket of pizza sauce drops on his head. Casey, Lily, and Dominic start cracking up.
The bucket bounces as it hits floor. He wipes the sauce out of his eyes. When Theo opens his eyes he doesn’t see Dominic standing next to Casey. “How come Dom is still stuck as Rhino?” Theo asks. “I don’t know.” Casey answers. Casey and Lily clean up the pizza sauce and Theo goes back up stairs to change. A they finish cleaning up they head back up stair too.
“How come Dominic didn’t change back? I thought you said that if they did something that Dominic likes he would change back.” Snow leopard Madeline says. “I think that’s because you and Dominic have been stuck in your animal forms longer than Casey and Lily did.” RJ says. “So are we going to be stuck like this forever?” Snow leopard Madeline asks.
