Tonight's the same as every other night.
I'm left alone,
Alone to my thoughts.

And nothing is keeping me sane anymore.
Nothing is stopping me,
From doing what I need to do.

I'm left alone with my family,
But they're not the problem.
I'm the problem.
My thoughts are the problem.

And they're killing me.
But while my mouth stays closed,
I'm screaming for help.
