Standing by the end of the table, backs to the nearest stairs,Naruto was listening to Chun-Li work out the day's schedule, as she'd told them originally to leave 'wiggle room' in it because things never go exactly as planned in these tournaments. Standing to her right Naruto suddenly smirked.

"Win is by knockout, submission or ring out... which in case you don't know means your opponent was forced out of the marked fight zone or intentionally left it. You've been paired up at random. In the first match..." Tsunade pulled a card from her top. "...from Japan, Karin Kanzuki."
Karin walked out confidently. "As expected, start with the best."
Many of the other fighters groaned or otherwise sounded their annoyance at her obvious arrogance.
Tsunade gave the blonde girl a smile and nod. "Her opponent comes from Singapore... Fei Yen Xang!"
Fei Yen stepped out of the crowd, eyes locked with Karin's. "I waited 3 years to give you a lesson in humility and teach you how to respect your superiors... you flat-chested cunt."

She watched Karin move in and then exchange a series of punches and kicks that both either blocked or dodged before separating. Chun-Li watched their exchange then smiled as she realized that Karin's style, while obviously self taught, was based on Kempo from her aggressive, striking style.
Fei Yen began moving in slowly. "You're better than I remember, I'm impressed you were able to dodge my attacks... but I'm still better." She said then lunged forward at lightning speed with a Capoeira-style spinning heel kick Karin barely managed to block, but not Fei Yen's next attack. She came out of her kick and grabbed Karin's shoulder, drove a hard knee into Karin's groin to stun her, smiled, then leapt up and planted Karin head first into the mat with a hurricanerana. Many of the fighters were shocked and/or embarrassed, a few were disgusted by Fei Yen's move.
