Everyone turned to the hallway, then most gasped in shock when Karin walked out with Tsunade as if nothing had happened. They stopped a moment later.
"Impossible... I castrated you! How can you even stand?" Fei Yen exclaimed in shock, pointing at Karin.
The brunette that had said the match was over, laughed. "Looks like the Kanzuki family jewels aren't made of glass after all, I'm impressed."
Karin mentally flinched at that, but despite how much she hated lowering herself to use common slang, she had to admit it was funny, and appropriate... it also gave her a chance at some revenge. "Superior breeding... as if a common whore like you could tarnish the Kanzuki family jewels." It was a minor victory, but she'd take it.
Chun-Li had an idea and spoke up. "If acceptable to both of you, I'll check Karin to confirm she's intact and it's not pain killers." Both nodded. She walked up to Karin and kneeled. "I apologize Karin-san." "From the small island nation of Seiken... Komei Hamaguchi!"
Her happy squeal made several fighters, and most of the crowd, laugh, cheer... and as she ran out, whistle. Despite being only 13, and standing only 4'10", making her the smallest fighter there, her pink hair was in 2 thick braids that hung to her knees from the sides of her head. She had on a sleeveless, white, bra-like shirt that loosely held each of her massive breasts almost in separate cups. Komei stood straight in mild shock for a moment, then smiled and returned the bow.
As Tsunade left the fight zone, Lucia turned to Chun-Li. "You're an expert on martial arts, what style is that... I've never heard of that island either, how about you?"
Chun-Li shook her head slowly. "I've never heard of that style either, and I've studied or faced almost ever martial art in the world." She said honestly, but visibly confused. "I've heard of that island though, but I've never been there, they have an unusual legal status."
Hiding her reaction, Ibuki was having similar thoughts to Mei, but was also wondering who Mei's Grandmother was, competing in the Grand Festival on Seiken Island was by invitation only, and even then only to women like her Grandmother... an Elite kunoichi.
Tsunade got back to her spot by the table. "Ready..." She saw Mei take an almost casual, Kung Fu-like stance if she recalled the style correctly. Komei took a stance she'd never seen before, but that wasn't really a surprise since even Chun-Li didn't know that style Mei said she was using. Komei had her feet shoulder width apart, straight on with Mei, her arms at her sides, elbows at a 90 degree angle if she was right, hands open and palms facing her body, she was leaning forward and rocking slightly which made her huge breasts swing. Everyone noticed when Mei's expression went blank, the other fighters knew Mei was all business now... and based on what they saw the little pink-haired girl with the huge boobs do, they couldn't blame her.
"Yippee!" Komei exclaimed and did a little cheerleader jump. "You're taking me seriously now, I hate it when people don't take me seriously as a fighter because of my age, size or big boobies."
Several fighters smiled and nodded in agreement.

Mei exclaimed as a large bird made of fire erupted from her hands, it flew at Komei like a real bird, its wing moving up and down as if flapping.
Though about 25' away, Komei only had maybe 2 seconds to react. Mei silently sighed, her plan decided. It wasn't her preferred method, but the rules fit her needs. "Phoenix Wing!" Mei exclaimed as she lunged into a right elbow thrust and leapt forward, flying straight at Komei like an arrow, elbow first, propelled by her ki. This time she connected, her elbow struck Komei in her upper-mid chest between her breasts and knocked her flat. A second later she recovered from her attack, quickly moved to the downed girl, grabbed and lifted her to her feet by her breasts, lifted them up to expose Komei's body, surprised by their weight.
"They must be 20 pounds each." Mei quickly, but softly, said to herself. "Congratulations Mei, please join Fei Yen in the Winner's Box, I'll be back in 10 minutes to announce the next match." She said then headed for the hallway with Komei in her arms.
===5 minutes later, Med Center===
"She cracked your sternum, but you're good as new now Komei... you want me to heal the rest?" Tsunade asked.

Though about 25' away, Komei only had maybe 2 seconds to react. Tsunade glanced down, Komei was conscious, but barely. "The winner by Ring Out... Mei Shiratori!" Tsunade announced without the microphone. "Congratulations Mei, please join Fei Yen in the Winner's Box, I'll be back in 10 minutes to announce the next match." She said then headed for the hallway with Komei in her arms.
===5 minutes later, Med Center===
"She cracked your sternum, but you're good as new now Komei... you want me to heal the rest?" Tsunade asked.
