  So now we have a summer, the World Cup, and (since Junior wasn't caught) Harry representing St. Trinian's in the Quad-Wizard. How will Hogwarts react to a crew of anarchic Triniacs dwelling within her walls for most of the year? Or will Harry commute in for the tasks?
  
  BTW I really liked your analysis of Order vs Chaos as opposed to Good vs Evil. I had been thinking in terms of the old D&D matrix of Order and Chaos on one axis and Good and Evil on the other but perhaps a circular arrangement is called for where extremes of Order or Chaos become Evil and a balance is good?

  While he may not have acknowledged anyone as his mentor, it's rather silly (thus the name, I suppose) to claim that a mentor is the power he knows not.
  
  He knows WHAT a mentor is. He need not have any acknowledged to have known about it.

  True, but no sillier than thinking love, or a disarming spell, or basic wand-lore was the power, as in canon, and Camilla doesn't state that was THE power, just one of 37 possibilities than didn't entail Harry having to offer himself up to die

  That was a fun chapter and I'd love to see Severus Snape's face after his team gets drubbed like that. It should be rather interesting to see where Harry's romantic interests aim as the story moves along. I think that, with Peter on the loose, it's almost a certainty that Harry will end up representing St. Trinian's in what will become a quad-wizard tournament. I rather suspect that St. Trinian's girls will also know how to properly deal with Rita Skeeter; she won't know what hit her.
  
  I enjoyed that discussion of Order vs. Chaos as opposed to Good vs. Evil. To BJH, I'd say that the D&D matrix reminds me very much of the Pournelle Axes (q.v.) for governing phiolosophies.

  I doubt Harry's name coming out of the Goblet is going to result in nearly as much negative press as in canon. I doubt St. Tristians would send students to compete in a competition with a nasty habit of KILLING THE STUDENTS SELECTED. One must remember that the tournament was canceled because of the death toll after all. But between Sirius being free and clear (and thus able to swing about the massive club that is the Black fortune), but Harry probably not going to be PRESENT at any point to even see the cup at Hogwarts will lend credance to his claims of innocence.

  Naturally the Slytherin's lost! It told you the reason in the chapter. They're not a true team like say Gryffindor. They're more like a decentralized gang that works together sometimes. Not to mention all muscle and very little brains.
