  Ah, and the Death Eaters are about to encounter one of Murphy's Rules of Combat: "If you're in a target-rich environment, you're surrounded."
  
  I rather suspect that they will regret this attack, those who survive. Given the new power levels and outlook that Harry and Ginny have, I daresay they'll surprise a few people and Harry's going to be right pissed that his proposal was interrupted.
  
  They've clearly done a right good job of evading dangerous questions and dealing with any potential problems and getting Fleur on his side won't hurt Harry in the least. The next chapter should be rather interesting as Tom's minions find that the circumstances have radically changed and no one told them.

  Yeah, Voldy should have read Murphy's laws of Combat and probably the Evil Overlord list too but unfortunately for him he didn't. :)

  Oh, BTW, " It was fortunate that Bill did not forget the silencing charms that night or no one would have gotten any sleep." was a beautifully handled line that says so much.

  Ah, yes, that one phrase in the last line is going to make for some very unhappy folk, including Tom. "Potential victims" are a lot different from actual victims and the difference can be crucial; I suspect Tom's about to find this out the hard way, and 'twill be especially hard on his minions, particularly the ones that survive.
