"Remember breathe," Patrick said standing in front of me holding a serum in case Pete lost it
He said I was supposed to not make any sudden movements or take any sharp breaths. If I did he might bite me too hard and turn me.
I pulled in a slow breath and nodded. Patrick nodded to Pete who stood behind me.
I felt his teeth grave my neck; I wanted to jump, scream, and kick until that discomfort was away from me. He slowly bit down causing pinpricks of pain to shoot through me, making me see stars.
As the pain increased I clamped my eyes closed. I felt the blood run down my neck.
"Enough Pete," Patrick said, he pulled his mouth away from my neck.
I let out the breath I had been holding. I felt myself falling forward. Patrick caught me and helped me into a chair. He gently nursed my neck wound.
When his rough fingers brushed my collar bone I gasped. He pulled back, startled.
"I'm sorry, did I hurt you?"
I shook my head and let him continue to stop the bleeding.
"You'll have to drink this to reverse the affects," Andy said handing me a glass of chunky looking blood. I downed it easily, ignoring the tart coppery taste.
As my vision blurred and my eyelids got heavy, I heard Patrick say, "Good she's asleep, give me the handcuffs,"
