Her pen paused over the peice of paper as she looked out over the clouds. She felt a smile curve on her face. Her eyes drifted down to the sheet of paper holding her words.

A lost lover filled her vision, and tears welded in her eyes. "Oh, baby..." she whispered, alowing a tear to slide as she reached out for the soft skin that was like velvet. Oh how she remebered it so well.
His face, the face that always held a lingering smile, faded. She stretched her fingers, straining for one last touch. "No..." her voice cracked and her fingers grasped at air. "Oh no..." She sat back and closed her eyes, her hands gripping and ripping her paper.

"Goodbye..." She squeezed her eyes shut and sighed.
Below her, states flew by, and she clouds turned dark, lacking their friend, the sun.
When her eyes opened the plane had landed and she was home. She stood numbly and walked off the plane. Fimliar figures greeted her. Her bag dropped and once again, tears stung her to get their way. Large arms opened.

Her head pounded as she enveloped herself into the arms that used to hold her. As she closed her eyes against the cool cotton shirt, she saw the white tunneling in and he stood there, waiting. She reached out and grasped his hand.
