Instead of an A/N saying that Selene and Michael proceed as normal, I'd much prefer your own take on it. Does the presence of Michael's cousin change things? In the movie, Michael was alone in the world -- like Selene had been after her family died -- and now he's not. Is Selene still drawn to him?
You wouldn't even have to set the scene, just a line about an interrogation room and, "Well, he saved my life or something."
