The following are some of my perspectives today. I like to call them perspectives instead of beliefs because that feels a little less rigid and unchanging.

The Attorney General has finally filed a criminal lawsuit against ex-Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra accusing him of abuse of power. Thaksin was kicked out of office by a military coup in "thai amulet collections":http://carrolamusic.webs.com almost two years ago, but it's taken this long to charge him. Now the Thai Supreme Court has to decide whether or not they're going to accept the case. It's no wonder so many people don't bother suing in Thai court, if it takes this long.

Upon reaching the upper cave in Pak Ou, I made a quick visit and saw more Buddha statues there. Going deeper into the upper caves would require a flashlight which I did not have. So, if you plan to explore the upper cave, do bring along a flashlight. By the way, there are more stairs to climb when going to the upper caves of Pak Ou so best be prepared with proper shoes.

Once you have lines and wrinkles, you can only get rid of them by plastic surgery. Massage and facial exercises can help prevent new lines from forming but cannot remove the old ones already on the face. By toning up the muscles and nourishing them, you can prevent new lines and wrinkles from forming. Remember, whether you have a lumpy, flabby, withered or sallow skin, your face can regain the appearance of youth under the action of your own fingers. Lines and wrinkles usually appear on the forehead, Temples, eyes, nose, cheeks, chin and mouth.

Kick boxing gloves protects your hands and fingers from injury. Go in for leather kick boxing gloves as it lasts longer and doesn't rip as easily as plastic gloves. A beginner can buy a pair of 12 oz gloves as it is considered best for a beginner. Once you become a professional fighter, you can use 8 oz or 10 oz gloves. Your training begins and ends with the right gloves. To train well you need various types of gloves like bag gloves, training, aerobic and fight gloves. All these should be part of your kickboxing equipment.
