I wanted to share my method for finding new vocabulary and words by using transcripts with audio files. This is actually the reason why we have created Real English Conversations! I found the method of reading a transcription to understand most of the words, looking at the grammar a little bit and picking out a few expressions has be very helpful to develop my vocabulary for everyday topics.
