Suddenly, "we're off to see the wizard' popped into my brain. It's late but I'm gonna keep going, I'm addicted to this story and need to get to where you've last posted before I go to bed.

Thanks for the kind reviews, Black Spot. My typing speed's been slashed to almost nothing, so I'm responding to all of your reviews with this one response. The middle finger of my right hand got slashed by an extremely aggressive cat food can tin with a razor sharp edge. (I feel the pain, like Draco after he teased Buckbeak!) Anyway, it'll be slow going until the stitches are removed. Unfortunately I had no way to get to St. Mungo's for magical healing.
