Chapter 5
Where Are We?

Sora, Kairi, Akiko, Leon, Cid, Yuffie, and Aerith were fighting the Heartless when the Heartless somehow teleported them to different places in Hollow Bastion so the Heartless could easily defeat them. Or so they thought.
1. Sora and Kairi- Dark forest outside Hollow Bastion
2. Akiko and Leon- The Ravine Trail
3. Cid, Aerith, and Yuffie- The Bailey
"Whaaaat?! Where did everyone go?" asked Kairi confused.
"The question we should be asking is where are we?" said Sora looking at the trees.
"It looks like we're in the forest outside Hollow Bastion," said Kairi looking around.
"Yeah. Looks like it. Hollow Bastion's forest is made up of all oaks and these are oaks," said Sora.
"Well let's try get outta here," said Kairi, but as they started to move Heartless started to attack.
"Why does this always happen?" said Leon angrily as he slashed through the air w/ his gunblade.
"W...Where are we?" asked Akiko shocked.
"We're in the Ravine Trail," said Leon starting to walk away.
"H-Hey! Wait up!" said Akiko running toward him. Suddenly a Heartless appeared behind her and was gonna attack! Akiko turned around, but didn't have time to react. She closed her eyes, but felt an arm pull her away and into someone. When she opened her eyes she saw that Leon had grabbed her and pulled out of danger by pulling her to him so that she was against his chest.
Then he had defeated the Heartless.
"You should be more careful," said Leon quietly as she looked at him.
"Thank you," replied Akiko as Leon embraced her, unexpectedly, in a hug. Oh...yeah score me! Leon's hugging me! OMG! thought Akiko as she felt Leon brush his lips over her's. Akiko gasped as Leon pressed his lips to Akiko's in a light kiss. Okay...this has to be the best day of my whole life, thought Akiko as Leon suddenly deepened the kiss. Akiko tilted her head to the side which deepened it even further. Then Leon pulled back.
"I-I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that," said Leon as he blushed and covered his mouth w/ his hand.
"What should you be sorry for?" asked Akiko wonderingly.
"I-I just up and kissed you without even so much as a warning or anything," said Leon looking at Akiko.
"You don't have to apologize for that, silly. Who wouldn't want to be kissed by you, huh?" asked Akiko blushing herself at what she was about to do. Can't believe I'm gonna do this, thought Akiko as she caught Leon's lips in a kiss. It took a couple of seconds for Leon to get over his shock before he reacted by putting one of his hands behind Akiko's neck. Then she pulled back.
"We'd better get going," said Akiko quietly as she blushed at how bold she was. Okay, I think Leon's cute, but what made me go after him like that? Does he even like me back? Though Akiko to herself as she tried to come up w/ a reasonable answer.
"Yeah. Come on," said Leon as he held his hand out to Akiko, blushing. Akiko took it and they left the Ravine Trail and headed toward the Bailey.
Sora and Kairi fought off the Heartless, but just barely and didn't escape w/o injury. Kairi got a deep cut on her arm.
"Kairi! Are you okay?" asked Sora worried.
"Yeah. It's not that bad," said Kairi as blood flowed down her arm and onto her hand that was over the cut.
"Like hell it's not. Let me see it," said Sora removing her hand that was over it.
"Man it's deep," said Sora as he took out his handkerchief and tied it around her arm.
"S-Sora!" Kairi protested, but Sora cut her off.
"Keep that on it or the cut won't stop bleeding," said Sora as he unexpectedly kissed Kairi on the cheek. Then a Heartless appeared, but it was defeated by a cloaked person.
"You should have your little reunion somewhere else besides these woods," said a woman's voice. The cloaked woman turned around and she had a blue pendant.
"You can fight off Heartless?" blurted out Sora.
"You can too," said the woman as the three of them walked out of the forest.
"I'm Yumi by the way. What's your name?" she asked holding his hand and leading him away from Kairi.
"I'm Sora and this is my friend Kairi," said Sora pulling his hand out of Yumi's grasp, but Yumi just took hold of his hand again. Who does she think she is?! She can't just take Sora and get away w/ it. She's gonna see what it's like when I get angry and it's not gonna be pretty, though Kairi to herself. Then Sora, Kairi, and Yumi walked back to Hollow Bastion to help out the others.
