Pete's point of view:
when I woke up it was just starting to get light out. My eyes fluttered open and my fingers twitched. I laid there for a moment before I was strong enough to sit up. I looked over at Wendy's sleeping body and smiled, we were out, it worked. I moved closer to her and touched her lightly. My breath caught in my throat as I pulled my hand back. She was freezing.
"No..." I mumbled to myself as I sat up again and turned to look at her. I shook her softly and my bottom lip quivered. I felt for her pulse and cried harder when she didn't have one.
I stood up, wiped my eyes and looked around the room. This couldn't be happening, we were out and done with all this shit and now I lost her. I fucking lost her. I pulled open the desk drawer and just as I remembered there laid a shiny black handgun. I pulled out a piece of paper and quickly scribbled a note to the guys on it before I took in a shaky breath and picked up the gun slowly. I made my way back to the bed and laid beside her. I swallowed hard and thought that If she wasn't living, neither was I. I took a deep breath and cocked the gun, I kissed her shoulder softly and...
Joe's Point of view:
I sat up in bed quickly as soon as I heard the gunshot. I ran to the room where Pete and Wendy were and I threw the door open quickly. My heart dropped as I saw the blood splattered bed sheets. I closed the door and turned to face Patrick and Andy who had gathered behind me.
"Their really gone this time" I whispered as I looked into their somber faces.
I slid down against the wall to the floor and put my head in my hands and cried. Patrick stared into the room with disbelief and shock in his eyes,and Andy called 911.
