Chapter 6
InuYasha Comes To
Last time....
Back at the room...
Kagome woke up to darkness, briefly forgetting where she was and starting to panic when she felt the silkiness of the blanket against her skin.
"Oh! So you are finally awake! You gave me quite a scare!" Said a mysterious voice in the corner.
"Wh- who's there? Show yourself!" Squeaked Kagome, then she heard a melodious laugh.........
...."Oh! I apologize, I did not mean to scare you! My name is Mi San, and I have been assigned to care for you, during your stay here at Lord Sesshomaru's castle.".....
......"So the reason I am here, is because Lord Sesshy (don't ever tell him I call him that!) has asked me to feed and bathe you. Are you hungry my Lady?" asked Mi San.
"Yes very much! Thank you." Replied Kagome.
"Ok, I will be back with a tray of food for you, then I will escort you to the bathing room so that you may bathe." Mi San said.
"Thank you so much!" uttered Kagome.....

Back at InuYasha's Forest, near the hot spring....
InuYasha slowly started to awaken. He struggled to sit up when a wave of nausea hit him, he began to gag almost emptying the contents in his stomach.
"Oh man! What the fuck happened to me?"
InuYasha felt a pain on the back of his head, he carefully lifted his hand to the back of his head feeling a humongous crusty and sticky lump. He brought his hands in front of his face and saw that his fingers were caked in blood, his blood.
"What the hell! Why can't I remember anything? How long have I been out?"
The hanyou attempted to sit up once again, this time he took his time, the wave of nausea hit him once more, but this time it was not as severe and even managed to avoid gagging. He tried to thing back on what may have happened, but things came back all muffled and unclear. InuYasha looked down at himself and realized that he was dirtier than normal and decided that he should bathe to wash off all the dirt and grime.
Sesshy's half brother cautiously crawled his way to the hot spring and reluctantly stood up to remove his clothes. He made his way into the hot spring and slowly sat down against a flat rock. InuYasha closed his eyes taking in the heat of the water, feeling it slowly soak away the aches and pains, when out of nowhere he started to flashed before his closed lids. A pink pool, his older brother baka-maru, and then Kagome, dead to the world, floating in the pink pool...
"Oh Kami!!! KAGOME! KAGOME!" InuYasha quickly stood up, only to fall over in the water from dizziness caused by the combination of being hit on the back of the head and by the heat of the spring. He tried to stand once again, but cautiously. The hanyou quickly made his way to the edge of the water and got out, immediately putting on his clothes. "SESSHOMARU!" InuYasha yelled, "I will get revenge on you for killing Kagome!" InuYasha turned around and headed towards the village.
At Kaede's Village...
The elderly Miko looked up from her weeding wondering what all the commotion was.
"What has InuYasha so riled up this time?" thought Kaede. She shook her head and continued with her weeding.
"Miroku! Sango! Get ready we need to go right now!" yelled InuYasha
Miroku and Sango poked there heads out of Kaede's hut after hearing their names screamed half a dozen times. "What has the baka done now?" asked the perverted houshi.
"Probably went through the well to force Kagome to come back. She probably refused and then they probably got into an argument." Replied Sango.
"Youtwostopscrewingaround! WehavetoavangeKagome!"
"Calm down, InuYasha! Speak slower, we can't understand a word you are saying." Looking for conformation, the houshi looked at the demon slayer only to have her reply with a nod.
"We have to avenge Kagome!" yelled InuYasha.
"And why is that, may I ask? What has happened?" asked Sango.
InuYasha was silent for a few minutes; love, hate, regret, sorrow and then anger, all flashed in those brief moments.
"Because....He killed Kagome and stole her body! That's why we need to find him! Let's go! NOW!"
"NANI!" yelled Miroku and Sango at the same time!
"What do you mean he killed Kagome-sama?! Sesshomaru may be cold hearted and seem cruel, but what use would he have to kill our Kagome-sama and why would he take her body?" asked a puzzled Miroku.
"I don't know! But I know what I saw! I saw a dead body that was Kagome's floating in the hot spring, with Sesshomaru standing right by her and he had the dagger I gave her for her birthday tucked away in his obi! Who else could it be? I didn't see nor did I smell anyone else there! Just Kagome's dead body and Sesshomaru's stench! It was him! I know it was him!" replied InuYasha.
"InuYasha, I am sorry, but I have to agree with Miroku, I don't think that Sesshomaru would intentionally harm her unless she was in his way, and I can't see how she could have been in his way at the hot spring." Voiced the Demon Slayer.
"WHO CARES! THE WHOLE POINT IS THAT KAGOME IS GONE! SHE'S DEAD! DON'T YOU GUYS UNDERSTAND!? SHE'S DEAD! SESSHOMARU TOOK HER GOD DAMMIT! DO YOU GUYS THINK I'M FUCKING STUPID? DO YOU THINK I'M FUCKING CRAZY? KAMI!!!" shouted InuYasha.
"No, InuYasha, I for one don't see you as stupid (yeah a little crazy, but rather than that, thought Miroku) I just think that we all need to calm down and think things through before going to Sesshomaru's castle and accusing him of things that we have no proof of, no offense InuYasha, but until I know exactly what happened, I don't want to go there, especially if it is some trick." Regarded Miroku.
"Fine, I don't like this and I will never admit that you have a point. I'm only sitting down because I want to, not because you asked me to." Uttered InuYasha
"Are you sure it was Kagome and not just an illusion to keep you distracted?" questioned Miroku.
"No, Sesshomaru is not the type to do that. He doesn't like trickery, he likes it straight and to the point, except for when he tricked me into thinking my Mother was a live. But that was so that he could find our Father's tomb." Said InuYasha.
"Well he does have a tendency to go after those closest to your heart, perhaps he tricked you in hopes that you will go seek him out, so that he can steal the Tetusaiga from you." Replied Sango.
"No, I don't think that's it, I know that he has no use for my sword anymore. He has the Tokijin. It's made from the fang of that monster that broke the Tetusaiga, remember? The Tokijin is stronger than my Father's Fang." Uttered the hanyou.
"Hmm... do you think Naraku has anything to do with it? Maybe it's a trap set by Naraku?" asked Miroku to InuYasha.
"Damn it! I don't know! And sitting here and talking about shit ain't helpin' us! We need to go and ask my ass hole older brother and see what the hell is goin' on!" said a frustrated InuYasha.
"Hmm... I think it's a good idea. It's getting late now, perhaps we should head there first thing in the morning? It is possible that Lord Sesshomaru has all the answers, and I will pray to Buddha and ask him to keep our Kagome-sama safe." Said Miroku.
"I am going to have to agree with Houshi-sama, I think the only way we can find our answers, is by asking the one and only person that was there, it's unfortunate that it's your brother." Replied Sango.
"Oi! Wait a minute! How do we even know that he will give us the answers! He's an arrogant bastard who hate's humans and half demons! What makes you think he will co-operate? Oi! Miroku! Sango! God damn it! Why isn't anyone listening?"
"InuYasha! It's late and we have to get an early start tomorrow! I suggest that you get some rest yourself so that you may be alert enough. We have long road ahead of us and we need our rest, even if you don't, Sango-sama and I are both weak human beings and therefore need our rest."
"Keh! Whatever!"
InuYasha walked away and jumped into the nearest tree, situating himself and tried to relax enough so that he may be able to fall asleep.
"Oh Kagome! I won't believe that you did that to yourself! I hope everyone is right and that you are okay. Be safe...my Kagome." Whispered InuYasha and slowly drifted off to sleep.

EF: Fine! I confess! I was too busy watching Fruits Basket and reading the Manga and drooling all over Kyo-kun! Damn it!
Sesshy: That is correct, has our love been nothing but a lie?
EF: Ummm... no...I Still love you! I only looked, I never touched, I SWEAR!
Sesshy: Baka! Do you think that I care? I know that you will not betray this Sesshomaru, because I know that you are not
stupid enough to cheat on the Great Lord of the Western Lands (eyes starting to get red)
