It's not a new thing or anything like that, but it's never the same. They'll get into these arguments because maybe they're too different or too much alike, and Laguna will bring up something that makes Kiros scoff and roll his eyes and cross his arms in disgust. Laguna doesn't placate anymore, because he knows it doesn't work.
They get in these fights, now, and half-way through something Kiros is trying to drive into Laguna's head, Laguna will smile and kiss him. Kiros always gets huffy after that, but they don't argue any more. And Laguna never regrets anything.
