CHAPTER TWO: INITIATIONS
APRIL 29, 2006

A few weeks had past on the sleepy island called Destiny Island. The High School started to cool down for once. However in Destiny High School, those with power rule the halls. Normally the jocks are kings, however a new and sinister group has begun its infection in the students hearts. Those whom are willing to prove themselves, will get what they desire. If they're willing to do anything. Tseng, the official leader of the underground school bullies known as "The Turks" had Barret Wallace, kneel before him. To Tsengs dismay, Elena was there at their barbaric initiation. Reno, while a new student whom always had academic difficulty in life, found himself among those who were flawed by nature. Rude, another african student whom was secretive to the point, that they weren't sure if he was Turk material was always a reliable soldier. A small fire bad been built and in it was a branding iron.

"Remove your shirt." Tseng picked up the branding iron. Doing as he was told, Barret removed his green T-shirt and wife beater. Reno and Rude moved it to restrain his arms.

"You've proved you can fight by destroying and getting destroyed in return. Physically fit, but are you mentally STRONG!" Tseng pushed the iron into Barret's left breast. The intense heat burning his flesh, a disgusting smell to all around. Barret kept his calm and didn't fight. Not once did he even squeak a word. Once Tseng removed the iron, the word "Turk" was permanently imprinted on his left breast.

"Welcome to the Turks. Our group has survived by not making our intentions known. Those who fuck with our rule, learn a difficult penalty. Insuborandance and failure, will result in the same outcome. Am I understood?" Tseng offered Barret a dark blue T-Shirt, which Barret instantly put on.

"Welcome to the rest of your life." Elena began to laugh devilishly.

"Now, I want you to remain here with Reno and Rude. Elena, Vincent and I must attend to another one of us." Tseng left Barret behind with Elena.

Gale was indeed an apt pupil as he told Sora. Already he had earned several of his teachers trust. It was at the point, that after month of proving himself to his teachers, Gale was allowed to use the School equipment to work on his car, as long as noone else found out. Riku, Kairi and Gale decided that his Eclipse deserved to be worked on.

"Hey you need some help there?" Riku leaned over to see Gale working under the hood.

"No thanks, just hang out for a few minutes." Gale quickly winked puckering his lips towards Riku.

Riku blushed mouthing "Later" to Gale

"You know I know absolutely nothing about cars" Riku laughed.

"It takes some pratice and alot of just tinkering around" Gale smiled sliding his shirt off and dropping it on the ground. Kairi looked over Gale's chiseled physique. Much like Jason, he was really well built, it was a rare treat to see her friends freely work without their shirts on.

Kairi sat in the drivers seat, flipping through the 2 CD cases Gale kept in his car. "Where do you get your music?" she question with a giggle.

"Huh?" Gale wipes some sweat off his head "I e-download free, fast, and easy like Jason." Gale joked at Jason's expense.

"What exactly are you doing Gale?" Riku went under the hood.

"The left turbo is off just a little, I think it maybe the turbo timer. UGH! Which wire... black. Yeah it has to be the black wire." Gale places the clamp, turning to a school laptop for some aid. Riku walked over to Kairi to see what Gale had in his library, when suddenly they heard some foot steps come towards them

"I thought everyone had already left?" Riku looked up to see Tseng, Vincent Valentine and Elena enter the room.

"My my my, want do we have here?" Vincent slowly strode into the room. From his red cap to his black boots, he struck fear in anyone's heart. Black leather pants and shirt just made him look more creepier than he already was.

"Just a pack of runts sticking tougher if you ask me." The cynical Elena walked in eyeing Kairi. Ever since Elena first saw Kairi, she hated her very intensely. Elena jealous of Kairi's firey red hair vs her shining blonde hair. Kairi was starting to become very popular in school, to the point where Elena was becoming old news.

"Didn't you know it's against school policies to remain on school grounds without teachers present?" Tseng walked towards Gale slowly.

"I got permission from Cid himself, do you have a problem with that?" Gale didn't even look up from the laptop.

"Yeah we have a problem here. But it can fixed easily." Elena slowly walked behind Kairi, who was watching her like a hawk.

"We're just concerned for our fellow students health when there's no teacher around after all." Vincent took this moment to slowly walk behind Riku as well, putting them in a strategic position. Gale looked up to see what might be going on.

"Safety? The only safety hazard here and in the school in general, is standing behind my friends."

"Yes, we're just here to make sure nothing happens to jeopardize your health. I mean seeing we're in the top 10 school in Oceania, making us one of the safest schools around. It would be a crying shame if something were to happen to its best and brightest students." Tseng slowly walks to Gale's engine.

"I mean, since after all we do have people like Barret Wallace walking around. He's pretty much out of control, I'd hate to see something happen to someone who crossed his path. However, enough about Barret, I must say this is a quite a piece of nice machinery you own here. It too would be a crying shame if something were to happen to it" Tseng slowly rubbed his fingers across the window frame.

"You touch his car and you'll pay Tseng!" Kairi raised her fist up at Tseng.

"Kairi, Riku get into the car untill I'm done here." Gale ordered, unfortunately Elena and Vincent were already on their toes. Elena locked her arms around Kairi's neck, restraining her arms. Riku was already on the ground, Vincent had put him in handcuffs and placed his foot in between both of his shoulder blades. Responding to this threat, out of concern for his friends safety, Gale slowly reached into his pocket pulling out a pocket knife, with a flick of the wrist the blade was extended.

"One more smart move and I'll kill your precious leader. Let my friends go NOW!" Gale pointed the blade at Tseng

"Temper, Temper. Imagine this if you can, should something happen to me, what could happen too poor sweet virgin Kairi?" Tseng walked over to Kairi and began slowly rub his hands from her vagina to her breasts. However Tseng made an unwise move turning his back to Gale "I'm very sure you know what I mean Gale." Tseng released Kairi's body and smiled into Kairi's glistening blue eyes.

"Don't cry Kairi! Don't let him have the satisfaction!" Riku cried out against the ground

"You and your flunkies aren't very observant are you?" Gale rushed behind Tseng

"GALE!" Riku and Kairi cried out

"Tsk, tsk, tsk. You are dumber than you look. Why don't you gaze into the computer screen if you will." Gale held the blade against Tsengs left jugular vein. Gale quickly typed an IM to Jason on the computer

Feeling Gale's body heat against his back, Tseng moved his hand, and in one responsive motion, Vincent pulled out two Glock 17 hand guns and pointed one to Riku and one to Kairi. Vincent hesitated only for a moment.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you. I heavily suggest you hear me out." Tseng had kept his cool

"Offer? All you came here for was an offer? I'll lower the knife if he tosses those guns." Gale looked over to see how Kairi and Riku were holding, outside a little bit of crying from Kairi, she and Riku were all right.

"Well you see, Vincent has an itchy trigger finger, as well as having the best aim on the island. He's already won multiple shooting and marksmen contests. Just one simple offer." Tseng chuckled for a moment

"Tell him to put them away and I'll put my knife away." Gale pressed the blade slightly against Tsengs neck. Jason, Sora and Chris came running down the hall to see what was happening.

"Keep your dogs away. You have more to lose here than I do. I'll hold up my end of the bargain if you hold up yours." Tseng started smiling once more. Jason held back Sora and Chris to prevent their interference. Knowing he's at the disadvantage, Gale lowered his knife.

"Okay, what do you want?" Gale put the knife on the ground. Seeing his knife was down, Vincent put the guns back into their holsters.

"Walk with me. I won't take more than five minutes of your time. Walk with me and I guarantee they won't be hurt." Tseng walked passed Jason, Sora and Chris back into the hall way. Gale followed, he didn't want to leave Kairi and Riku in such a bad situation, but he had to keep the psycho happy. "Guys, stay calm. I'll be back."

"I've been watching you for a few weeks now. You're strong and you're smart, I've already seen your grades. All college level courses here. Very impressive, you're also a wise man for doing what you're doing. I'd like you join me." Tseng leaned against a wall looking into Gale's Crystal blue eyes, with his sinister brown beauties.

"If you hurt them, you'll die with the rest of Turks, okay?" Gale gave one small warning which fell on deaf ears.

"Your actions will determine my moves." Tseng snapped back.

"Say I join you, I want some conditions." Gale leaned back and kept his eyes locked with Tsengs.

"Demanding aren't we? I'll hear you though."

"I care alot about my friends, I don't want to see them hurt. Also I don't want Barret to fuck with Sora any more, also you guys better not mess with them either." Gale looked more determined than ever to get his friends freedom.

"I'm sorry if you got this connotation that Barret's in our ranks. I can tell you know, he isn't nor have I heard of him outside the field. However I'll make sure that your fiends will have Turk protection. AS LONG AS YOU OBEY MY ORDERS. I do not tolerate insolence." Tseng smirked.

"What kind of Turk protection?" Gale turned his head questioning Tsengs motives.

"Your friends won't' get messed with by any Turk. Obey me, you and your friends will be fine." Tseng looked at his own right hand for a moment.

Gale sighs, he's now starting to get impatient "How about this?" I have something in mind it's don't know if you'll go for it, Tseng.

"I guess I can hear you out some more for the last time before I require your answer."

"A 'Trail' membership, I run with you guys for a few days. See if I like it, if I do I join, if I don't well we'll decide that then." Gale tried to see if this tickles his nose.

"Sorry but it's all or nothing. No tastes, you make your choice. I'll let you sleep on it, you have 48 hours. Don't worry, your friends will stay healthy untill then." Tseng stood straight up.

"Come on man" letting out a heavy sigh "See that car? I've put over 100,000 munny into the thing, I love it more than anything. If I don't join you can have it." Gale looked away extending his hand in an offer.

"Sorry, I make the deals not you. But like I said I'm not without heart. 48 hours, I'll find you. You won't find me. Kapish?" Tsengs face started to show discontent with Gale.

"I'm in..." Gale looked down upon himself.

"Whoa! Don't be so brash, think it over. I don't want to have you feeling pressured into anything." Tseng snapped his fingers, Vincent and Elena ran to join Tseng.

"I thought it through." Gale pointed to his friends. "They're the reason I'm joining, I want them save, no matter what!"

"Trust me, think it over. I'll see you in two days. Think it over, you're a smart man." Tseng turned and ran off and scatters with Elena and Vincent.

Gale fell to his knees in defeat. Angry that he couldn't stop that vile bastards hands from touching the holiness of Kairi's untouched body. Even he couldn't stand the thought of it. In his weakness, his friends were at The Turks mercy. Free from his handcuffs, Riku and the gang rush over to try and comfort Gale.

"What the fuck happened?" Jason asked as he lifted Gale up off his knees. Gale's nervous couldn't handle the pressure any more, he turned and latched on to Jason's well developed body, Kairi herself couldn't stop but latch onto Sora, both of them crying under the intense situation that had befallen them. Uncomfortable only for a moment, Jason wrapped his arms softly around Gales body, trying to comfort him.

"Please, tell us what did we miss?" Chris' eyes began to tear up.

"Yeah let us know, please. Riku?" Sora held Kairi close to his body, knowing not that how badly Tseng disgraced his girlfriend. Riku could do nothing after the incident but hang his head looking down at the ground sighing often. Kairi, after the horrifying expierence could do nothing but cry and hug Sora. Eventually Gale decided to let go of Jason. He looked up into his eyes and mouthed 'thanks' walked back to his car shutting the hood and getting in. The clique ran over to Gale's Eclipse. Sora Kairi remained behind. Sora looked into his girls eyes, saying.

"Its okay. I promise, I won't let them hurt you! EVER! I swear, I'll die to make sure they'll never hurt you." Sora's lips were unexpected met by Kairi's, as soon as the kiss ended, Kairi continued to weep against his chest. Thinking back a moment ago, Sora could have sworn he saw Vincent crying as he ran by.

Gale put his key into the ignition and fired it into reverse. Gale had ot leave now, he didn't want his boy to see him such an emotional state.

"Please, forgive me!" Gale cried out as he pulled out of the parking lot.

"SORA! KAIRI! Come over here! I'm going to walk all of you home, those turks don't dare fuck with me." Jason gathered his friends, however Chris ran out and screamed at Gale as he left.

"WAIT!" was the only thing he could say.

Before rolling out completely, Gale yelled once more "I'm sorry everyone." Never looking at them, tears rolling down his cheeks. "I'm going to be gone for a few days, bye I love you all." Gale drop home without further incident.

Sora grabbed Riku around his neck, and walked over with Jason and Kairi, they slowly left the school. Not once was there a moment someone not watching their own backs. Those bastard Turks, how could they do this to us? This thought was shared by both Jason and Sora.

"Jason, I want to ask you a favor." Sora holding Kairi close to him.

"Yeah, whats up?" Jason looked over holding Kairi and Riku close to him."

"Help me. Help me defend my friends. PLEASE! You're huge, you've got to help me!" Sora looked into Jason's hazel eyes.

"Okay. We start tomorrow." Jason looked into the dusk sun light.

Gale sped off quickly after leaving the school. He need to calm down. Just some time alone, would od him great, However Riku had other plans he tried to constantly call him. Eventually Gale answer's his phone.

"Hello?" Gale answered

"Whats wrong? Why'd you go speeding off all of a sudden?" Riku's voice was filled with concern

"I'm okay. Where are you?" Gale asked

"Right now I'm with Jason, Chris, Sora and Kairi. We're walking her home as we speak."

"Look, tell everyone I'm ok."

"Guys, Gale say's okay." Riku held the receive away from his mouth. Gale could still hear them talking.

"Gimme the phone." Jason grabbed the phone from Riku.

"Are you sure you're okay man?" Jason asked.

"Yea I've been better but I'll be fine, just needed some air." Gale's voice relaxed a little over the phone.

"All right man, I don't want to have to worry about you. Listen, tomorrow I'm going to teach Sora how to defend himself and we'll lift weights, it might help you know? You're invited to come."

"Yea I guess, tell Riku to meet me at Trail Blazer Café alone with enough clothes for the weekend. Okay?"

"Cool, here's Riku." Jason gave the phone back.

"Why's he want you to bring extra clothes?" Jason asked aloud

"I honestly don't know. Your there?" Riku's voice was back in action

"Yeah."

"Good, so why extra clothes?" Riku was already curious about Gale's plan.

"Just bring them ok?" Gale hung up the phone. Gale lays his cell phone down driving off

"I still don't get why he wants you to bring extra clothes." Jason wrapped his 28 inch arms around the back of his head.

"I have no idea man. I'm not a mind reader."

"That's pretty weird man. Strange request." Sora started to release Kairi a little.

Jokingly, Chris had to ask "Is there something going on between you two?" Chris winked towards Riku.

"OF COURSE NOT! RIKU IS ALL ABOUT THE LADIES!" Jason grabbed Riku close to him.

"WHOA! Calm down Big Gay Bruce Banner! Don't rip your shirt again." Chris backed off a little incase Jason planned to give him five across the eyes. All Riku could do in all this was to sigh aloud.

"Actually that was pretty funny. You destroyed your favorite shirt." Kairi chuckled

"Something on your mind?" Sora looked over to Riku.

"Yeah it was." Jason suddenly picked up Kairi, however she grabbed tighter on to Sora untill Jason had both Kairi and Sora in the air.

"Nah, I'll call you guys later I'm gonna run home and get some clothes and meet Gale." Riku began to walk away.

"Are you sure? I don't want to read about you tomorrow as a victim of the Turks or something."

"Gale won't let anything happen to me I know it." Gale begins to walk off waving over his shoulder.

"Okay, be cool all right?" Chris quickly grabbed Riku's ass before he leaves

Jason looked up to see Sora and Kairi struggles to get out of his bear hug. A look of what the fuck was on his face putting after putting Sora and Kairi down.

"Bye man, watch your back!" Jason shouted.

"See ya, play it safe." Sora yelled. Chris took this time to look over into Jason's big hazel eyes.

"I will." Riku turned around walking backwards "I love you guys!" Riku turned around breaking into a sprint towards his house.

"Did he just say "love you guys?" Jason stopped abruptly to look at the others.

In unison Chris and Kairi responded "Yeah he did. Why?"

"Something I haven't heard in a while, that's all. Well let's get Kairi home!" Jason continued his walk

"Good idea, don't worry us men will protect you." Chris wrapped his arm around Jason's Neck.

Arriving Kairi's house, Chris decided he'd stay around for a few minutes. He was in no rush to get home, after all his day was home. Jason and Sora decided that they'd go their ways and return home for a nights rest.

"So Kairi, can we talk and keep this between us?" Chris walked into Kairi's room.

"Of course Chris. What's wrong?" Kairi sat down.

"I know you like Sora and all, but is it me or has he been getting alot tan to him?" Chris laid back.

"Yeah, he's always been working on that tan. Did you notice that he's also starting to build his muscle tone like you?" Kairi felt Chris's arm as she laid next to him.

"Yeah, but he's no Gale or Jason. No offense of course."

"Jason, he's so handsome! I could iron a shirt on his chest! But he's no near Sora."

"I think Jason has more going for him than we give him credit for. I mean, he's really healthy, well built and already knows what he's going to do with his future." Chris rolled over to look Kairi face to face.

"Yeah, but Gale. He's not as big as Jason but he's so cute! He has the boyish charm with the man looks! He's such a heart throb!" Kairi's face began to blush.

"Calm down. They're handsome, besides I'm not like that. I like girls? I seem to remember that much about myself." Looked in to Kairi's big blue eyes.

"Yeah. Please don't look at me like that." Kairi stared back into his green eyes.

"All right, just one thing before I leave." Chris sat up off her bed.

"What's that?" Kairi sat up with him. Chris leaned and stole a kiss from here.

"YOU JERK!" Kairi jumped and started to play beat him.

"Sorry, couldn't help myself." Chris left her house chuckling to himself.

Gale sat outside the Trail Blazer Café. He was starting to get impatient. "Come on Riku." Gale taps gas pedal reving his motor. Riku ran up beside the black car opening the door tossing his bag in the backseat. Riku is silent as he sits next to Gale.

"Hey." Gale slowly undoes the e-brake slowly pulling out of the parking lot.

Knowing Gale was still upset over the Turks incident, he had to speak up some more "Hey. Its okay, it was one of those situations that couldn't be helped. You did the right thing." Riku looked over to see he was furiously concentrated on the road.

"If you say so." Gale was still very mad.

"Look, Kairi's still a virgin isn't she? I'm still alive aren't I?" Riku buckled up to be safe.

"Yea, I just could've done more I know I could have..." As Gale stopped at a stop light, he saw Barret in his car. Barret stares back at them with a blank face. Neither men do anything, however Barret threw a seal letter into Gale's open window. Then sped off through the stop light.

"I have a feeling I know what it says. I really don't want to read it." Riku said trying not to touch it.

"I'm not playing they're games!" Gale quickly drops it into second speeding through the red light after Barret

Frightened and over come with fear "WHAT THE HELL MAN! Barret's a maniac!"

Upset and enraged, Gale replied "I'll kill him for hurting Sora!" Gale flipped a cap up on the console beside the radio pressing the button a sudden burst of speed throws Gale and Riku back into they're seats

"Sweetie, I really appreciate your concern for Sora. I love him to, he's my best friend after all. You already have my heart, but what you're talking about is suicide!"

"Barret is big but he's not invincible!" Gale furiously drove fast to catch up with Barret

"He also has a very violent streak! What if he has a knife or a gun? You think he'll think twice about killing either of us? Think he won't go around blabbing how he crushed you? He'll go after Sora! You know how he'll do it to? Through Kairi!" Riku reached over and grabbed Gale's Right hand, and held it tightly

Realizing that he was speaking truths, Gale sighed and decided that he'd stop catching up to Barret and that he'd slow down. "You're right." Gale holds Riku's hand

"Please let it go, forget about it. Kairi's like my sister. I'm glad Sora has her heart, he'll do her right. Just don't make things worst. Please..." Riku rubbed his right hand against Gale's left hand.

"I'll let it go for now." Gale pulled the car into a random driveway putting it in park turning to Riku. "Riku..I...I...love you."

"I love you too Gale. I really do, I'm not saying it to be polite either. I'm really in love with you." Gale smiles as he leans over to kiss Riku. Riku is a little hesitant but he leaned over and hesitantly kisses back, his first time kissing any guy.

Gale slowly pulls away. "Let's go. " He releases the e-brake backing up putting it back in drive slowly driving down the road.

Driving into the night he looks over at Riku who's asleep. "Forgive me come monday.." Upon reaching the destination he opens the passenger door picking Riku up carrying him into the house. Deciding to wake his guest Gale gently shakes Riku. "Hey, wake up for a moment." Drowsily Riku responds...

"Yeah?" He takes a deep breath to make himself more alert and seem awake.

"You can lean on me if you want."

"Your house?" Riku replied as he walked up with Gale.

"My parent's vacation home I come here whenever I'm well... yeah. Come on in. Gale takes Riku's hand leading him into the dark house. Riku gladly follows behind him.

"Do you want the spare bedroom?" Gale asked out of courtesy.

"Yeah if you don't mind, I don't want to go too fast." Riku replied not trying to offend his sweet heart.

"Also I think Chris is starting to catch on." Riku looked back to Gale

"I understand." He Riku to the spare room. "How do you figure that?"

"While we were talking, Jason in his "infinite" wisdom blurted out about me bringing extra clothes. It could have been a joke but, I want to know what you think."

"Well I just had you bring them in case..." Gale flipped on a switch, lighting the courtyard containing a 2 pools, several fountains, swings, slides, everything a vacation from the world.

Smiling back, "Here we are..." Gale opens the door. "Well I'll leave ya here I'm going to think on things.

"Hey. It doesn't bother me if Chris knows, I mean who would believe him? Us or him?" Riku leaned against the doorway.

However Gale pulls Riku close. "I don't care who knows, but if you don't want anyone to know it'll be out secret."

"Is it me or has Chris been acting weird lately. It's our secret for now, I don't they're ready for the truth yet in all honestly."

"I understand." Gale leaned in for a kiss. Riku happy obliges, and returns his kiss passionately.

*Okay. I don't find a problem with anything despite how weird Chris has been." Riku slowly pulled away to lay down.

"Eh, Chris always seemed kind of weird to me. No offense." Gale watched Riku smiling.

"Sweetie, he's been acting weird since you got here. Maybe he's trying to ask us something and is too shy?" Riku laid out to whore up the bed.

"Yea I tend to bring that out in people, but I don't know... Time will tell." Before leaving, Riku got up and ran to the door. He quickly hugged Gale once more, this time he slipped his hands down the back of Gales pants to grab his gluds.

Smiling ear to ear, he turned to Riku. "I do love you Riku." Shuting the door, Gale walked down the hall.

Gale stood alone in the gym of his parent's vacation home. He slowly taped his hand's and ankles up, "Revenge will be mine, for my friends sake and.. his sake." Gale bounced up and down a few times loosening his muscle's. Popping his knuckle's and his he neck he stepped forward taking his stance beginning a full on assault on the punching bag. "Never" a swift kick to the bag, "Again" a punch sending the bag away from Gale, "Will I loose someone I love!" a full on roundhouse kick on the punching bag. Gale stepped away breathing heavily, thinking back to him.

"Shut up Selene!" Gale exclaimed laughing along with his friends. "Oh come on you know it was funny!" Salene laughed sitting her drink down.

Gale turned back to the punching bag. "GRAHHHH!!!" he rushed the bag delivering a punch that could without a doubt crush someone's skull. His fist pierced the bag. Removing his hand water poured from the bag. "I will not let anyone else I love die" Gale cried, following through with another kick breaking the bag from the celling for good. He fell exhausted, breathing heavily. Almost in tears he thought of his friends, Sora, Kairi, Chris, Jason and his love Riku. Then his enemies. Tseng, any Turks, Vincent, Barret, and Elena they would pay for everything they had done to his friends.

"Gale, I love you" a young silver haired man said. "I love you to Bryan" Gale smiled moving closer to the young man kissing him. A kiss that would live forever in Gale's mind, the first kiss with his first true love.

Gale got to his feet, grabbing the towel he had tossed on the chair upon entering the gym. Reaching the door to the room Riku was in, he stopped placed his hand on the door. "I love you". He walked by entering his room. He switched the light on. Pictures of him and his friends from the main land. Everywhere. He threw the sweat soaked towel on the floor undoing all the taping on his wrist and ankles. He bundled all of it up tossing it into the trash can inside the bathroom, looking the mirror. "Never give up on those you love, yea that's what he used to say." Gale said wiping a tear from his eye. Leaving the bathroom he opened his closet switching on the light. Pushing the clothes aside. There it sat the katana his lover had given him. Falling Snow. Still wrapped in the silk cloth that he had given it to him in. He gently lifted it up going back to the bed. Laying it down undoing the cloth. Unsheathing the blade.

"I need you once more Snow" he said sheathings the weapon. He felt a presence in the room, a hand on his shoulder. A whisper in his ear.

~DURING THE SAME TIME, IN ANOTHER PLACE~

Home, how I hate this place. This was on Chris' mind as he walked up the porch flight of stairs. His father was home, he could smell the liquor bottles. This dump hasn't been cleaned up decently in years, all Dale does is work and then drink heavily. The only decent meals I get are from friends. Chris walked into the house. Everywhere there was garbage from his father. Chris' mother died during childbirth from an infection, Chris was lucky to have survived.

"Is that you?" a loud disgruntled voice came from down the hall, hear the kitchen.

"Yes it's me dad." Chris slowly walked near the stairs.'

"Where the Hell have you been?! It's almost eight!" A fat drunk man came walking down the hall, the man he called father.

"I was walking Kairi and Sora home from after school. Besides I'm Eighteen now if you haven't noticed." Chris looked into Dale's eyes.

"Yeah right!" Dale raised his hand back slapped Chris to the floor.

"You were out fucking weren't you?!" Dale loomed over Chris.

"No sir! I wasn't!" Chris shielded his face from another strike.

"DO NOT LIE TO ME! HOW DARE YOU LIE TO YOUR OWN FATHER!" Dale struck down again, this time in his chest.

"You know I hate having to hit you like this! Just tell me truth! Were you fucking around or not?" Dale grabbed Chris's shirt collar and readied a punch for his face.

"NO SIR! I SWEAR! If I was lying I would have already told you!" Chris's eyes began to well up with tears.

Dale spreading Chris's legs apart to lean in and get perfect advantage over Chris.

"YOU SWEAR! I'll knock your fucking teeth out if you're lying to me!"

"NO! PLEASE DON'T HIT ME ANY MORE!" Chris rolled his hands over his face

"All right. You better not be lying to me." Dale kicked Chris' ribs once more leaving.

Chris slowly crawled back into his room. He was used to getting a beating everyday. If this is love, I hate to know what being unloved is like. Chris looked out his window, he could see his reflection. Will someone ever love you?
