Falen angel; stained hands

My hands are stained with blood
my soul is stained with sin
perhaps we are all fallen angels
warriors who have fallen to earth

Why must I be one of them?
a fallen angel with bloodstained hands
Why must I fight with every breath?
I dream of peace

Innocents have died by my hands
I try to wash the blood away
but it stays it won't
wash away.

I am a pawn in this
endless war
yet i can not control
my moves
