Wow! The ritual took a good chunk of Moldy's personal power it seems. Unfortunately, he'll likely soon rebuild it by taking it from his psycho followers. What else are they for really except as batteries for him. It's not like he really cares what happens to them. So what if he drains a dozen more or less of their magic and lives. It's far more important that he regain his full power then they continue to live. If his followers had the brains of a you-no-see-'em, they'd realize now exactly what it means to be marked by Voldemort. Fortunately, I don't see very many actually connecting the dots. Lucius Malfoy might as well as any that work in the Department of Mysteries in the Ministry of/for Mismanagement. I be extremely surprised if Crab or Goyle Sr. did though. BTW, I'm very glad this is a finished story. There may be tons and tons of HP fanfiction but there's an equal amount that were never finished for some reason.
