Candices POV
"Wow I cant believe I am leaving. I am leaving everything my friends, my family, Roselle in general, and even my asshole ex George. I am gonna miss everything so much" I said
"I know right. I am gonna miss you so much. I wish you didn't have to go." Laurie
(her best friend) said
"I know I wish I didn't have to leave either but I need to do something new with my life. I need a change...something like a turn in life." I replied
"Candice what do you mean an turn in life?" she asked
"Look we have been through high school and three years of collage together and now I am moving to Wilmette to start over get a chance to live my dream and be the awesomest chef there ever was and maybe meet some new people." I answered
"Pfff... awesomest its not even a word." She said with a tear trickling down her cheek
"Laurie please don't cry you know I love you and you're my best friend. I could never forget you. You know that." I said starting to cry
"I know but still I wish you wouldn't go your like my sister. And will always be my best friend forever and for always like we always say." She replied
"Forever and for always I will call you when I get there."
"Ok" she paused for a moment "I will miss you soooo much and I love you." She said hugging me
"I love you too and you know I will miss you....hell I miss you already." I said with a small smirk
"Alright go before I chain you to the wall and feed you three times a day and never let you outside." She said giggling
"Ok I am gone. Bye. I love you." I said walking to the U-Haul truck
I began to cry uncontrollably so it took me a few minutes to start the truck and drive away. As I was driving I realized I was supposed to call Andy when I left and I was like 10 minutes away from my new apartment.
(pulls out her phone dials Andy's number)
"Hello?"
"Hey Andy its me"
"Oh hey Candi....hun whats up?"
"Ummm nothing I am just about 10 minutes away from my place." I answered
"Alright we will all be there in about 15-20 minutes." He replied
"Ok I will see you then. Bye."
"Buh bye"
About 20 minutes later Andy drove up to my place and got out of the car with 2 other people.
"ANDYYYYY!!!!" I yelled running to him and embracing him in a tight hug
"Ummm ya wow I am glad to see that you started to unpack your stuff." Andy said sarcastically
"Well you said that you would be here soon so I decided to wait for you. Who are these guys?" Candice asked
"Candi this is my girlfriend Dana. And that idiot over there is Pete.....the craziest man I know." Andy said introducing them
"Hi nice to meet you guys." Candice said shyly
"Hey!" Dana said
"Well lets get started!!!" Pete said
Several hours later
"Phew glad that's over." Dana said and as she sat down on the couch
"Man you packed a lot of stuff. Did you really need all of it, I mean it barely fits in your place." Pete said
"Well ya cause its all tat I have now that I moved and the George incident." I said back to Pete defensively
"Oh ya that dude none of your friends thought was good enough for you." Andy said
"God make him sound like a complete asshole why don't you?"
"So I am assuming that you left him. Why?" Pete asked curiously
"Well to make a long story short...." I said then paused for a moment "Spring break I went to Cancun with all of my friends while he went to L.A. He must have come home sooner than planned because I mistakenly called his house phone instead of his cell and he answered the phone and it seemed like he didn't want to talk so the conversation ended quickly. While he thought that he hung up the phone.....he didn't . I head him say something along the lines of get on your knees and then I just went into panic mode. So I thought real quickly and called one of my friends who stayed behind to listen to see if I wasn't dreaming. She answered her phone and I was all like hey just listen. Then she was like is that what I think it is. So then I really didn't know what to say but to ask her to go over there and see if it was true. Turns out it was and it devastated me. I felt like my life was over." I said with a few tears running down my cheek
"Wow I know what that feels like and I know it doesn't feel good. And it sucks. I am sorry that such a good person like you had to go through it." Pete said giving me a hug. Afterwards Andy and Dana followed him and gave me a hug as well.
"That punk ass bitch! Andy muttered because he never really knew why we broke up. "See I told you he was no good."
"Well hun I hate to say but we have to go. Andy and Dana I am sure have something fun to do and I have to get home to my mommy cause she is always worried about me after the whole naked pix thingy." Pete said
"Ya I am sure she is. We all should hand out tomorrow." I suggested
"Sure that's a great idea. Whose up for it?"
"Me." Said Dana
"Ya sure fine whatever I guess I could do it. Hell it would be something fun to do." Pete said with a huge smirk on is face
Note to self: his smirk is the hottest smirk ever!!!
"Awesome it's a plan. Thanks guys I will see you tomorrow." I said to all of them
"No problem. Anything for a friend." Pete said waving to me as they all were walking out of the door
"Bye." I mumbled as I closed the door. I began to unpack all of my things late into the night. Bye like 2:45 I was drained I and to get some sleep so I went to bed.
