So here I was, sitting to Wadsworth's story, when-
"Well, we all make mistakes..." he said apologetically, trying (and quickly failing) to hold back tears.
Ah, this was too much. Standing, I pulled out the tissue I keep handy and moved to give it to him. He accepted it, muttering his thanks. He wiped his eyes, regaining his composure before he continued.
What? It was obvious the death still hurt him.
I can't stand to see a grown man cry, but it hurt much worse to see Wadsworth relive that.
A murderess can still fall in love. So sue me.
