Chapter 7 My Claim on You

Harry's week had steadily gone from bad to worst. Draco was still the most pissed off person imaginable, and had made it so none of the other Slytherins would say one word to him. The thing he couldn't understand was why the blond was so pissed in the first place. After all the only thing he was guilty of was acting like any other Slytherin would act, and maybe it was the Slytherin in him getting the better of him, but he didn't want to crawl on his hands and knees and beg forgiveness from the hot tempered blond. Though that was becoming less and less of an option. Because, however reluctant he was to admit it, he had grown accustomed to Draco's company, and now thought he would die if he didn't receive it soon.

Harry had decided to study in the library. Since he wasn't welcome in either dorms anymore this was the only other possibility. It was a week till Christmas break, and it was still planned that he was to go with Draco, but he was dreading that more than anything. Him and Draco being on the outs was one thing, but being around his father all break was another. His father who knew he had become a death eater, and would probably see no problem in discussing it around his son. A glamour charm had been placed on his arm to cover the mark, but if it got out that he had it, (It was at this point Harry shuddered) who knows what kind of hell would break loose. And Draco was just the kind of person to start that hell.

"Now Harry what could have possibly made you say that to McGonagall...I would really love to know." Harry looked up into George's smiling face, and couldn't help but hold back a smile of his own. He motioned for the twin to sit down, and was again glad he hadn't ruined his relationship with them. Well he hadn't ruined it with them yet at least, but give Draco a little more time and he wouldn't be surprised if soon the entire school was avoiding him.

"What can I say George I was in a really pissy mood, and she just happened to be the one there to take the blow." The red head laughed at this, and was shushed by Madam Pince, who was now giving them dirty looks.

"Well you've got more balls than me...So I notice that you're not so chummy with your little snake friends anymore." George had tried to feign some sort of sympathetic curiosity, but had miserably failed at the sympathetic part. "What happened there?" Harry sighed. If George had noticed then it was a likely event that the rest of the school had as well. Of course he want to know.

"Umm I guess the easiest way to explain it would be to say that Malfoy's extremely pissed at me." This caused another laugh.

"I find it hard to believe sometimes how utterly spoiled that kid is..." Of course he knew Draco was spoiled, there was no question behind that, but he really wondered what that had to do with what they were talking about now. He soon found out though. "Whenever he's mad at someone it causes everyone else to be. Just because they don't want to get on his bad side, or his daddy's bad side. Now that is just funny." Harry couldn't help but smile again. It was odd that he hadn't smiled in about a week, and now being around George he was all grins, but why was he just around George?

"Hey where's Fred? Usually you guys are never apart." Harry immediately noticed how the air around them grew a bit heavier, and knew at once that he shouldn't have brought it up. He watched the red head shift nervously in his chair before he putting on a smile that looked a little too wide to be real.

"Umm Lee dragged him away to help with some assignment...muttering something about not wanting help from the dumber of the two. Which I'll have to say is the truth. If it wasn't for having Fred to copy off of throughout the years I definitely wouldn't be in my seventh year now, or rather second seventh year." Harry eyed him suspiciously, sensing he wasn't telling him the entire truth, but decided to let it go for now. He was about to respond when the sight of a blond standing behind George with a murderous look on his face quieted whatever he was going to say. Seeing the look on Harry's face the twin turned to see what he was looking at, and then smiled. "Well if it isn't the greasy little Slytherin that was just under discussion."

This caused Draco to sneer, and he closed the distance between them coming to stand in the middle of the red head and Harry, noticing how the raven-haired boy was managing to sink lower and lower into his seat. "Topic of discussion am I, and what was this discussion about pray tell?" George smiled again.

"Well Harry hear was just telling me how he was on the outs with all his Slytherin pals and that you were the cause of it, and then we got into discussing how you were without a doubt the most spoiled little brat we'd ever seen." Harry clasped a hand to his head. This was definitely not going good. He knew a few ways to calm his lover's temper, and George was succeeding in doing all of the opposite. Assuring that any moment now Draco was going to explode.

"Were you? How interesting." Draco said this through clenched teeth, and Harry could tell he was about to lose his temper. He intervened however before this could happen.

"It wasn't like that of course Draco. We were just talking about things that happened to concern you...err but it's not what you think, they weren't bad, umm you know how George loves to exaggerate." At those words the red head broke into laughter, and the blond narrowed his eyes at the both of them.

"Oh really and here I didn't know the both of you were that chummy that you had time to discuss me or my father." There was a hiss in the blond's voice that only seemed to fuel George's sarcastic nature.

"Well you know we get plenty of time to discuss all sorts of things during our daily pillow talk sessions." Harry stood up in his chair knowing this was not going to turn out good, and of course he was right. No sooner had the words been said then Draco had whipped out his wand, pointing it right at George's throat.

"Don't ever let me hear something that disgusting come out of your mouth again...The fact that you were even considering it as a joke is enough to make me vomit. Him sleep with a disgrace for a wizard like you?...Feh don't make me laugh." The twin raised his eyes at this, looking a tad bit nervous at his situation. Harry even more nervous himself, carefully laid a hand on the blond's arm, urging him through his touch to lower the wand that was still at the red head's jugular. "Take your hand from me Potter unless you desire it to be broken off, and I would hate to lose such a valuable instrument, but then again I could always due with you being one handed if I must. There's only one part of you that is of any use to me anyways." Harry narrowed his eyes at the blond, but did as he was told. George's eyes however were as wide open as his mouth was.

"You can't be serious!...Harry come on tell me that this ferret is lying, you wouldn't really sleep with him right?" Harry felt his face burning, and he looked away from the red head's gaze. "For fucks sake Harry if you really wanted to get fucked that bad I could have found you a better partner than Malfoy!...Actually I could have found you a hell of a lot of partners better than Malfoy." Harry retreated back to the corner, no doubt he had probably lost another friend over this whole thing.

"George you really don't understand...err and as much as I would like to explain it we're receiving many dirty looks, and if it is still possible I want this information to remain private." The blond looked around himself, and noticed all the eyes that were on the trio, he slowly lowered his wand.

"This is our business go back to your books." At that he left the library, quickly followed by George, and a very reluctant Harry. They turned a few corners until they were safely alone, and then the blond spun to face them. "Listen to me you disgusting Weasley, and listen to me good. You are not to mention anything that you heard here today is that understood?" George narrowed his eyes.

"Well you know I should because you asked so nicely." Harry actually sniggered at this, causing him to receive a very dirty look from Draco.

"Think he's funny do you? Come to think about it in that library you were all smiles...I'd say all that stuff about the both of you was true if I didn't know better..." He looked Harry up and down, as if contemplating something rather important. "still." He turned his gaze back to the red head. "You are not to tell anybody what you know, and you are not under any circumstances to come around Harry ever again."

"Draco you can't be serious..." A look from the blond silenced the other boy, and he cursed himself for being so weak, but that really was unreasonable, and of course George made a note to point that out.

"You do realize that that's quite impossible right? For one we're on the same Quidditch team and you should know you have to be around your teammates a lot. Not to mention he's in my house...not that he acts like it a lot of the time, but still he's one of our, Fred and mine's that is, best friends. What could you possibly do to me that would even make me think of ditching Harry, because some how I don't think daddy will help you in this department." Harry felt a warmth spread threw him. The twins were really the best of friends. Even after George had found out he hadn't even considered ditching him. Although a smirk from the blond told Harry they probably wouldn't have a choice.

"Now there's the Gryffindor loyalty I know and hate. I was skeptical that it even existed after what I saw from your disgusting brother and his mudblood friend, but I'll have to say you take the cake. Now about letting my pet go I'm sure you'll have no problem with that. Let's just hint that I found something that you and your disgusting twin have been doing that you don't particularly want the rest of the wizarding world to find out about, let alone your family. It would disgrace them if they knew...What would your mother say?" Even though Harry still didn't know what Draco had found out, George obviously did for his eyes widened in fear, and he swallowed. Obviously he was trying desperately to get himself back under control.

"I don't know how you found out, but the fact that you're using it as blackmail to make me stay quiet and away from your 'pet' is probably the most disgusting thing I've ever heard. You really are a sick bastard." Draco smirked at that, and pointed at his chest.

"Slytherin." As if that explained everything.

"Yes, well there isn't much of a difference is there?" The blond glanced over at Harry who had sunk against the nearest wall, looking completely shocked.

"You might say that. Now Weasley what's your answer?" George also looked over at Harry, and his face dropped.

"Harry." The boy looked up at the twin. "You have to understand that I don't have a choice...if that information gets out it could destroy my entire family...They would be the shame of our world...I can't do that to them...I'm sorry..." Harry felt tears coming to his eyes, and did his best to nod at the red head. Truthfully it was the only thing he could do. If he tried to talk he feared he would break down into tears. Things weren't supposed to be like this. You were supposed to have friends that cared about you. You were supposed to know where your allegiances were. You weren't supposed to be serving the very man who murdered your family. He slowly smiled to himself, and your weren't supposed to be in a relationship with someone that not only didn't love you back, but only wanted one thing from you. It had been about a month ago when he realized he loved the blond, but he could never tell him that of course, because all Harry is to him is a possession. A pet so to speak, whom he loved to control.

"Despite how heart warming that all was...even though I think I already know, what is your answer?" Harry stood up, and walked over to the blond.

"He's not going to say anything Draco. Now please leave him alone...come on lets go...please." The blond grabbed Harry's face, and smirked at the totally submissive boy.

"Begging already Potter, and here usually you're squirming underneath me when you result to that." He pulled him into a deep kiss, and after releasing his lips looked over at the twin. "Well it seems like all of our business is taken care of. I hope to be seeing you a lot less...now if you'll excuse us we have other matters to take care of." With that he headed down the corridor, with a very depressed Harry following in his wake.

It had been a silent trip all the way back to the room. Harry knew what was coming, and yet he had been away from the blond for so long he was almost looking forward to it. No sooner was the door closed then Draco had pushed him on the bed, getting on top of his hips, and fiercely claiming his lips. It was almost a minute before he let up, letting both of them breathe. He ground his hips into both of there growing arousals. "Mmmm...you have no idea how much I've missed you Harry." Harry looked up at the blond whose eyes were closed, but then opened to meet his gaze. "Have you missed me Harry?" As he was saying this he made it a point to lick his way down his face, to his neck, and on to his shoulder blade, causing a moan from the other boy.

"More than anything...mmm Draco I've missed you so much." The blond leaned down to capture his lips again, obviously satisfied with the answer.

"Good then you won't mind me making you mine forever." Harry stared at the blond, obviously confused, and his eyes widened as he reached over to his desk pulling out a thin blade. Harry's obvious confusion made the blond smirk, and his smirk widened as he ripped open the boy's shirt, exposing his perfect chest. "Don't worry pet this will only hurt a little."

Harry gasped as Draco dipped the knife into his skin, and started to make trails on his chest leaning over after each slice to clean the blood with his tongue. Each cut making Harry want Draco even more, and when he thought he could take no more the blond stood up, obviously satisfied with his work. "There now, everyone will know you're mine, and we'll never have to fight over it again." Harry looked at his chest questioningly and ,knowing he probably couldn't read it, the blond decided to elaborate. "D.M pet that's what your chest says...now not only will everyone else know you're mine, but you'll finally realize how much I care about you." At this Harry couldn't hold the tears back anymore, and they fell freely down his face. Draco leaned down, catching the droplets with his tongue. "Don't cry love. It's very unbefitting of you..."

Harry couldn't hold back anymore. He had just called him love, and that opened up everything he had been feeling for so long. He couldn't do it anymore, he didn't want to pretend. Sitting up he grabbed Draco around the shoulders and pulled him to him, sobbing into his shoulder. "Fuck Draco I love you so much...so much it hurts, and I don't even care what you do anymore...just don't ever leave me." Harry had finally submitted totally to the blond, and knew Draco probably would be disgusted, sending him immediately from his chambers, but his eyes widened as he felt arms come around him, cradling Harry to him.

"I know love...I know. I've known for a long time, and don't worry I won't ever leave you, and I know you can't leave me so looks like we're set in that area." Harry couldn't help but chuckle at that, and was soon joined by Draco. After they were settled Draco pulled Harry away so he was looking him in the eyes. Gray eyes stared into green for almost a minute before the blond finally spoke. "This is really great and all, but don't think just because you decided to get all sappy on me that you can deny me what I came here for." Harry smiled at the blond's bluntness, but soon lost his smile as his lips were devoured by Draco.
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Harry woke up suddenly gasping, and grabbed his arm. It felt like it was on fire, and he didn't know what was happening to him. He moved away from Draco, who was thankfully still asleep, and made his way to their bathroom. The pain was so intense! He could feel tears coming to his eyes, and he glanced down at his arm, surprised at what he saw. The dark mark was showing on his arm, glowing darkly, and it made his insides start to twist.

Of course, now he understood. In truth he felt stupid for not realizing the fact sooner. The mark burned when Death Eaters were being summoned by their master. Did that mean that Voldemort was summoning him? He decided that it was so, and went back into the dark room, grabbing the first thing that touched his fingers for clothes. It turned out to be a dark green button up shirt and black slacks. They were Draco's but they fit fine, and he couldn't risk waking the sleeping blond up to get his own. With one last look at Draco he slipped out of the room, on his way once more to meet his master. He shuddered at how disgusting that sounded, but knew that at the time he really didn't have a choice.

No more than a few feet away from the Slytherin dorms he begrudgingly met up with Silas. Harry narrowed his eyes at the boy. "I'm assuming you're hear because my arm feels like it's about to burn off...are you not?" He received only a nod as a response, and it caused him to narrow his eyes even more. "Fine then. How do I get to him?" He watched as Silas still didn't talk to him, but pulled out a book. "I'm assuming that's a portkey, but you know you could at least talk to me to tell me that." As an after thought, and just because he felt like being obnoxious, he added. "You're lucky I'm such a genius or this whole not talking thing would be more of a problem." It was Silas's turn to narrow his eyes.

"I can see that Draco has transferred some of his personality to you...though I can't say I prefer it. That kid can be very annoying at times." Harry scowled.

"You know I have a different idea of what makes a person annoying." Silas smirked.

"Clearly you do or you wouldn't love the brat." Harry raised an eyebrow at this.

"You talk about Draco like you know him personally. Other than of course just seeing him when you watch me." Silas smirked at this.

"It's true Harry, it is a good thing you're such a genius. Why I would love to get into my relationship with young Malfoy, but I do believe it is past curfew, and I don't particularly feel like getting caught by that disgusting care taker, or Dumbledore for that matter, so if you would." He held out the book, and although Harry's mind was still spinning with questions, he also didn't want to get caught, so he reluctantly placed his hand on the book.

After the ride from the portkey, he ended up back in the mansion where he had first joined with the dark lord. Sadly he still couldn't even get used to thinking that. It was really hard to believe that at this moment he was about to go a Death Eater meeting that, if the circumstances hadn't changed, he might be trying to put a stop to. The hall he landed in was empty, but he could hear voices that sounded like they were coming from a few rooms down. He pushed the heavy wooden door open, and was met by the presence of what had to be 200 Death Eaters. His breath hitched in his throat as the entire room became quiet at his presence. The room he was in was so enormous room that it had at least 15 foot ceilings, and was large enough that it looked like it could hold a good 50 more people. Realizing that his mouth was hanging open, he quickly shut it, and turned quickly to face Voldemort. Who at that moment was standing in the middle of the circle.

"Ah Potter finally here." His voice came out in the normal serpent like hiss, and he repressed the chill of revulsion that wanted to travel up his spine. "I thought you might have backed out of our little deal." Harry placed a smirk on his face, although inside he was terrified at what could happen.

"Well you know my lord I couldn't disappoint you by not making an entrance, and being just like ever other servant just wouldn't do...We all know I'm special." He kept the smirk on his face even when he heard some sounds of disgust from the other hooded figures, but then relaxed when he saw Voldemort smirk too.

"Very good Potter..." Yeah well apparently all you needed to be one of his servants was a bastardly attitude...who knew? "Now that we're all here we can get down to business can't we?" He motioned for Harry to join him by his side, and as he walked by he noticed that other than him the other person at Voldemort's side was none other than Lucius Malfoy.

"Good to see you again Mr. Potter." His voice was cold and aristocratic, but it didn't hold near as much hate as it once had. "I was at first outraged to hear that you would be visiting me over the holidays, but I'm beginning to change my mind. I look forward to having you and Draco at the house. I was pleased that the two of you had become so close." Harry's heart gave a lurch at the mention of Draco, and he could feel the bile rising in his throat as his chest suddenly began stinging quite a bit. The marks left their by him were still raw, and a pain jolted through his body whenever the shirt would rub against one. Truthfully he thought it was remarkable it hadn't bled through yet, but he figured Draco would be the type of rich brat to get all of his clothes with an anti-staining charm.

"I'm ecstatic that you're having me over Mr. Malfoy, and your son is really a great friend." Harry ran a hand through his thick locks, and hoped he wouldn't faint.

"Yes, I'm sure." He watched the blond sneer, and suddenly missed Draco very much. The blond might be playing him with Silas, but that didn't change his feelings towards the Slytherin. At least when he was in his arms he didn't feel the fear he was feeling now. He looked back at the dark lord who was looking at him very questioningly.

"Now as for why I called you, as you all are aware by now Mr. Potter has joined our ranks. And he will receive his first assignment to test his loyalty." Harry swallowed, and tried to stop himself from shaking. Of course this was bound to happen, but he wasn't sure if he could do it. He slowly got down on one knee, which in his condition was harder than it should be.

"I will do anything you ask my lord." This made Voldemort smile, along with no doubt some of the other death eaters. It must make them so thrilled to see the savor for the light side bowing to the very person he was supposed to be fighting.

"Good...now for your assignment. As I'm sure you're aware one of your professors is playing both sides. That very same professor was not called here tonight so we can keep this business our little secret." Harry nodded, not sure what else he could do. "He'll be visiting Lucius during the holidays, and while he is I want you to take care of him." He thought that if he could see himself he would be at least ten shades whiter. "And for proof I want you to bring me his head." Harry could feel the bile rising in his throat. Kill Snape? Kill anyone!? There was no way he could do it. He hated Snape. He'll be the first to admit that, but kill him!

"Kill him my lord?" He heard a few snickers in the background, and felt the need to hex whoever would dare laugh at him.

"What's the matter Potter? I thought you were willing to do anything for your master. Don't tell me I have to question your loyalty already." Harry swallowed back the fear that was coursing through him. His head was spinning, and he felt as if he was going to faint. He tried to take a step back, but ended up stumbling, and almost falling over. His glasses did fall off, but he knew better than to bend to pick them up. He watched as a black blur moved out of the circle to stand by Voldemort.

"Perhaps my lord all he needs is some motivation." Harry swallowed, he recognized that voice...it was Silas.

"And what do you propose we use to motivate him huh prince?" Prince? Why would Voldemort call Silas prince?

"Open his shirt, and I'm sure you can decide the exact motivation to use on him." Harry bent down and grabbed his glasses, shoving them back on his face, and looked to see two pairs of red eyes and a pair of gray.

"Come here Potter." Harry did as he was told. Doing well to look at the floor the entire time. He was suddenly grabbed by Voldemort, and his shirt ripped open. Buttons flew everywhere, giving everyone a nice view of his newly cut chest. At the sight of it a few gasps were heard, but Voldemort let out a cold laugh that made a chill travel up his spine. He heard Lucius snort in disgust, and looked to see the letters D.M. clearly showing.

"You see my lord I'm sure he could be easily persuaded to do whatever you wish." Harry glared at Silas. He would get him back for all the shit he had put him through if it was with the last breath of his life.

"Yes, I see now, and here I thought you and Draco were just friends...This certainly does change things all around."

"Changes them for the worst! It's disgusting that my son would lower himself to to..." Harry stared into gray eyes, and felt as if he was going to cry.

"Yes, well Malfoy this makes things better for us so you should be more or less thanking your son." Harry once again glared at Silas before turning his gaze to Voldemort, for what he knew was coming. "Now Harry as I'm sure you already know if you don't follow through Draco's life is forfeit." Harry's eyes closed at this, and a single tear fell down his face. "Your answer Harry?" He opened his eyes again, letting the tears fall freely down his cheeks.

"Yes...." His voice was small and cracked, so he struggled to repeat himself. "Yes, I'll do it. I'll kill him...I'll kill Snape." He watched Voldemort smile.

"Good that was exactly the answer I was hoping for...You're dismissed." With a nod Harry turned. Making his way back to the book, and back to Hogwarts.
