interesting storyidea!!!!!
i like your ideas of the muggle-world recognizing the disturbance patterns in their electronics and finding out about the magical world...the wizards think too highly of themselves to do their job right when dealing with the muggles...
i hope harry finds back to hermione soon! after a little bit of action of course...=P
