I stared stupidly at the television.
The phones ( including Erics and my cell phones)were ringing off the hook.
We didn't bother to answer them.
Not that we ever answered our phones.
Theres was a knock at the door.
I looked at Eric, both of us thinking the same thing.
"Get the shotgun."
I said.
He nodded and produced one from beneath the sink.
"I'm armed, if your paparatzi go the fuck away!"
Then I opened the door.
Luckily there wasn't any paparatzi.
It was the dark-haired boy.
"Oh, hi."
I said.
"I just wanted to thank you for helping Mikey."
He said.
"It's cool."
I said as if I did this everyday.
"My names Gerard."
He said.
I smiled.
"Cool, Gerard."
I said letting the name roll over my tounge.
"Frank, as you obviously know."
I smile and he blushed.
"Uhhh, this is my number."
He said handing me a sheet of paper.
"Call me sometime."
I took it and glanced at him.
"Could I have yours?"
He asked.
"Sure!"
I said dootling it on a random peice of paper I found.
"Thanks. I'll call you when everything gets settled with Mikey."
"K!"
I said.
"You'll come visit?"
He asked actually looking at me now.
"You bet!"
I said.
He smiled.
"I gotta go see Mikey."
He said turning and running towards a car I hadn't even noticed.
I waved and closed the door.
Eric was standing there smirking at me.
"What?"
I asked.
"Well, one you just got a number you didn't ask for and two, that's the lead singer of My Chemical Romance."
I stopped breathing for a minute.
Then I dashed up to my room and into my MCR shrine.
A.K.A. my closet.
I stared at the tall black candle in the center of the arrangement.
How the fuck had I missed that?
I sighed and left my shrine.
I plopped down onto my bed and thought.
Thought myself right to sleep.
