Summary: He is the most popular guy at school. She is just an ordinary girl. What happens when the two of them fall in love? AU Sesshomaru/Sango w/ minor Inuyasha/Kagome and some other pairings . This is a high school fic, so if you don't like that kind of thing, don't read. This contains sex and very harsh language too, so go away right now, kids! Not for Miroku, Kikyo, Kagura, or Yura fans, as there is a pretty good amount of character bashing.
Disclaimer: I do not own Inuyasha or its characters. They belong to Rumiko Takahashi. However, I do own Minami and any other characters in this fic.
Character Profiles(Character profiles will be written as the characters are introduced.)
Minami Himura- age 16; Let's just say Minami sort of has my personality. She is kind, although she often gets into arguments(especially with Inuyasha. LOL!) She is stubborn and very opinionated. She is a bit shy due to her fear of being hurt. She is afraid to get too close to anyone out of fear that she might hurt them or they might hurt her. This is largely due to the fact that her parents split when she was a child and never really lived in a stable environment. Her father was abusive, both physically and mentally, He is an alcoholic and drug addict and easily loses his temper, which had a huge impact on Minami. Minami also has supernatural powers, although she is human. She has the ability to sense someone's energy, shock people, read minds/thoughts, and create virtual walls around herself and others for protection. Minami is most often seen hanging out with Sango and her friends and she has a huge crush on Koga. Also, Minami is rarely seen not eating, as she is unable to fast for more than three or four hours without getting sick(more will be explained as the story goes on.)
Arashi Yasahiro(A/N: She doesn't actually appear in the 1st chapter, but she'll definitely be in the next one, so keep a look out)- age 17; Just as her name suggests(Arashi means 'storm' and Yasahiro means 'tranquil/calm'), Arashi is usually very calm and collected, but when she is angered enough, she lashes out which is actually rare. She is sort of preppy and hangs out with the popular students(Kikyo, Yura, Kagura) and like them, she has almost no fashion sense at all, often wearing skimpy or provocative outfits. Though she hangs out with the popular kids, she truly doesn't like them due to their snobby attitudes but hangs out with them because of her boyfriend Bankotsu.
High School Sucks
Chapter One
RRRIINGGGG! The annoyingly loud sound of an alarm clock rang throughout the house. Sango woke up from a deep sleep, slamming her fist lightly on the snooze button. A few minutes later, it rang again. She got out of bed and turned the alarm off. She glanced at the time and ran into the bathroom to get ready for the first day of school.
Sango was sixteen years old, soon to be seventeen, and she was just about to begin her junior year of high school. She laid some clean clothes on top of the hamper, turned on the steamy hot water, and took a quick shower. She got dressed and brushed her long dark brown hair, pulling it up into the usual high ponytail. She took a brief glance at the mirror, making sure that everything was the way she wanted it to be. She was dressed in a light pink t-shirt, black mid-thigh length skirt, and a pair of flip-flops.
"Bye Mom, bye Dad! Ja ne!" She said just before leaving the house.
"Bye Sango. Have a good day at school!" her mother replied. Sango left the house and met up with her best friend Kagome so the two of them could walk together.
"Hi Kags!"
"Hey Sango! Love the outfit." Kagome said, smiling as she usually did.
"Thanks. I like yours too." Kagome wore a baby blue t-shirt and black leather pants. On her feet, she wore a pair black platforms and her long black hair was down with a glittery butterfly clip in it. The two friends chatted and walked to school. They picked up their schedules from the main office and looked around for their lockers and classrooms. Since they didn't have any classes together until lunch, they split up and went their separate ways.
Sango looked at her schedule, trying to figure out what classes she was taking. While she was reading, she collided with a boy with long silver hair and golden eyes.
'Shit!' She mentally cursed herself.
"Oh my god! I'm sorry!" She apologized. The boy just looked at her and started to walk away.
"Hey! What's your problem? Aren't you gonna acknowledge me or something?" He ignored her and continued to walk away. She caught up with him and pushed him to the floor, giving him the evil eye.
"Jeez, Lord Fluffy-ass! Answer me, you bastard!" Now, that got his attention.
"Baka ningen!" He said coldly, a stoic look on his face.
"Jerk!" Her hand collided with his right cheek, leaving a dark pink/red hand print. He growled as if he were an animal and pushed her against a row of lockers.
"That's payback, bitch!" He looked at her, almost cracking a smile.
'Damn. She is HOT! She's even sexier when she's angry. I'd love to have her as my mate.' he thought. A perverted grin spread across his face and vanished just as quickly.
'What the hell is he thinking?' A seemingly never-ending whirlwind of emotions invaded her body, her face blushed slightly. Just as she was about to say something, the sound of school bells rang throughout the building. Sango and the boy started walking to class. Then she stopped, remembering that they hadn't introduced themselves yet.
"Wait! I didn't get your name."
"What does it matter to you?"
"Nothing. I was just wondering, That's all."
"It's Sesshomaru. Sesshomaru Takai. What's yours?"
"Sango Ikari." Since Sango and Sesshomaru were in the same homeroom, they decided to walk there together. Their homeroom teacher, Mrs. Tanaka walked in a few minutes later, took attendance, and asked all the students to introduce themselves to the rest of the class. After the introductions, another bell rang, signaling that it was time to change classes.
-At lunch-
The lunch bell rang and the students rushed out of their classes and into the cafeteria. Sango met up with her friends, Kagome, Inuyasha, and Koga and the four of them sat at a table towards the back of the room.
Sango looked across the room and saw a girl her age, dressed in black, sitting by herself eating a sandwich. She had a gloomy, and lonely expression on her face, her dark violet eyes hidden by her bangs. Sango walked over to her and attempted to make a conversation with her.
"Hey. Are you okay?" Sango put her hands on the girl's shoulder in a friendly manner. The girl stared at Sango and because she was frightened, she sent an electric shock towards her accidentally, making her fall to the floor. Sango cringed from the pain.
'Owww! Fuck! How did she do that? Is she a demon?... No... No, she's no demon. I don't sense a demonic aura coming from her. She's definitely a human.' The girl realized what she had done and tears streamed down her cheeks.
"I'm sorry." the girl apologized as she wiped the tears from her cheeks with her sleeves. Sango looked up at her and gave a warm smile.
"It's okay. It's just a few minor burns. That's all. By the way, my name's Sango. It's very nice to meet you." Sango held out her hand. The girl looked at her again and slowly reached out and shook Sango's hand.
"I'm Minami." Minami smiled.
"Would you like to sit with us?" Sango asked, pointing in the direction of her friends. Minami nodded, accepting Sango's invitation.
"Arigato, Sango-Chan." Sango and Minami moved to the other table and Sango introduced Minami to everyone. Then out of nowhere, some kid yelled "FOOD FIGHT!" and sure enough, there was a fight breaking out in the cafeteria, Sango and her friends watched the scene with disgust, except for Inuyasha who decided to join in.
'Gah! Grow up!' Minami thought. The principal walked in upon hearing all the noise and the fight came to a grinding halt and the students involved received a week of detention.
Lunch ended and the friends went on to their next class, music. Music was Sango's favorite class since the teacher allowed the students to do what they wanted, as long as they didn't break any rules. Sango, Minami, and Kagome decided that they wanted to work on their singing, Inuyasha played the drums, and Koga played the electric guitar while the other students watched with excitement. They performed like professionals even though they were still just beginners. The teacher, Mrs. Sumi Toriyama, or Sumi-sensei as called by her students, was very impressed,
"How would you like to put on a show for the whole school?" The teacher asked. Sango, Minami, Kagome, Inuyasha, and Koga huddled together to make their decision.
"Sure. We'd love to." Kagome replied. They continued practicing happily together and their music filled the room, earning more cheers from the class.
-Meanwhile-
A boy with short black hair in a little ponytail and deep blue eyes stood in the hallway outside the music room looking through the glass part of the door, He clenched his fists in anger. Seeing his ex girlfriend socializing and laughing and having fun with friends infuriated him. He wanted her for himself, someone he could control, and he'd do anything to get what he desired.
"I'll get you, my dear Sango. Just wait and see."

Sorry for this piece of shit I call a chapter. Lol! I really didn't have very many ideas, and I am also very tired. I haven't slept for more than 2-4 hours at a time in like a month so I am not able to work at my full potential. I just really wanted to write this since it was stuck in my head. I hope you enjoy!
